The method you described is good, and I have a similar one. However, I think we are still at the same risk that ultrloa described. If one of our mail accounts is compromised, then all services we have registered with it are at risk (unless we use 2FA).

I do not know what the ideal solution is, but it would be great if we could use different email addresses for different services, just as we can use different BTC addresses. I wonder why no one has offered such a service yet?

You would be surprised how many people use the same password for everything. In the past I also did it and even didn't use any 2FA. But learned from my mistakes and now I use most of the time the password generator from google and on various sites 2FA protection. Also just changed my password on Roobet, just to be sure.

That may be enough to make the accusation false and just a FUD! but to be certain, it's better if someone from the Roobet team make a clarification.

I feel like this is just an absurd claim since the poster who shared this created his account couple of days back and only posted this one post which is pretty suspicious.

Another point here is that any hacker who hack such sites successfully usually find ways to try and move the funds into their accounts using strategies like cleaning etc instead of blackmailing the sites which usually never works.

He knew people like me would doubt his intentions which is why he tried explaining himself pointlessly. In my opinion, it's best to simply ignore his wild claims.

It's ideal to use with different emails because this lessen the spams and we departed the different parts of the activity we have regarding with the service I guess it's better to use the main emails because this kind of transaction is one of the most important we must need to keep aware it's all about the bitcoin transactions.

Also it's better to have another layer of security like having a backup recover for passwords and 2FA if needed.

The site security can be compromised any time and it's our responsibility to take necessary steps at our end also like setting up 2FA security setup and no need to have random password but yes different is good and have offline backup of them in case you mess up sometime to secure you then.

Yes, that is how I see it as well. This is obviously a scam.
Even if the OP was able to gain access to Roobet's user database, which I seriously doubt, the passwords would be encrypted and therefore almost useless.

When you do involved into something specially on registering new site then it would really be good if you do really separate those personal email of yours and create new one which is really intended for gambling and once its compromised then at least it wouldn't really bother you.

Yeap pretty much just it. I just realized that even the one I quoted and the OP on the RaidForums have a quite similar username. So, it's likely they are just trying to find a victim to deceive.

The thing is, as you said it is a wild claim, for some people like us we might have some scepticism and be able to interpret whether the accusation is legitimate enough or not. But I am just wary that some people may get affected by it, and can't find any clarity about those issues.

Exactly, if there's someone who seems to be negative about it and don't start examining more closely on the issue will like fueling the fire to create more FUD. Actually I am the one who breached their site.

Wanted to get people's attention because I tried to inform people on their sub on reddit but they removed i think to post without approval.

Let me explain it here with couple words.

So at this point, I have control over everything in their system.

I can replace wallet address and new users make their first deposit in my wallet (don't worry, I give them money back after a day). Did this to couple accounts just these morons at roobet to see that I am not fucking. I am sure they got some angry users on their support

I gave again these morons accounts with different age: username:password.
We were literally talking and in real time I gave them information about accounts that "This user just made a deposit, this person played and lost everything just now". And the morons confirmed it

I've been getting in real time their database, or to be more clear I got it, now it just syncs with newly registered accounts.

I sent them some code where there are flaws, the dev tells me "The code looks good to me", of course it does you moron, you are web dev and I am making a living of flaws and bugs... The moron looks at front and end to work good together and the security that he can put is some wanky protection and cloudflare and call it a day.

Yep, I am doing it for money, but I want to be paid for telling them how I am STILL in their system, how logs and shit don't show any breach and everything else. This is multi million business, don't you agree that someone with bad intentions would be now multi millionaire? It's easy for me to drain all the wallets, but will get too much attention and probably trouble. So I asked for $300k to give them full report + fixes, so they don't even have to hire a new dev to make them.

And on another note: I am so deep I can delete the whole DB. They will restore it for sure, I will delete it again if I want to. These morons for 6 or 7 days now still can't figure out how I am able to do it.

I sent them a picture where on their site I am able to select a random user (by random I still need to know the username) and get into the account (I still need to be in their system to do this).

I sent them a shit load of proof, like the rest is to tell "Hey, here is how I do it" and explain it...
