We will experience hiccups of new chains and more bad things. New chains also mean lack of testing and fighting against hack, compromise. You don't know when hacks will happen on new chains because their security is unknown.

They start by claiming their chains are good or bad and are created to provide smooth transactions, no congestion, no high fee. We see whar happpened with Solana, Polkadot and other new chains created last 3 years. They are not good as what they wanted and shilled to investors.

Indeed it was odd, while other casino support is active almost 24/7, Roobet support shouldn't slack like this.  There are queries that needed an immediate respons or assistance from support, Roobet know this but I wonder why are their support staff slacking .

I didn't mean "new" chains as in chains are new, I meant new chains as in new to roobet. Adding a brand new chain to roobet but a chain that has been around for 5 years could work. Like imagine erc20 wasn't here, and you added it, that still works and it's fine.

I agree that brand new chains would be a trouble and there shouldn't really be a trouble with avoiding them, why would anyone want to add a chain that is causing trouble? But adding avax? ada? matic? dot? sol? tron? I asked it on the chat. The minimum amount to tip is $10, and for the maximum, it seems that no one there knows exactly how much or if there any maximum tip. I think this topic hasn't been discussed much often here and even on Roobet chat.

Probably still a level 1 KYC since I help my friend to withdraw some funds and he is able to get money right away. Maybe level can only be asked once you have bigger capital but if you just withdraw small funds, then I think level 1 will do. Though it is still better if the Roobet itself confirm this one, unfortunately they are no longer active here.

I’m not sure too about this because I’m not whales but some casino indeed requires KYC to user with huge amount of balance due to AML requirements. Some casino just manage to void it for whatever procedure they do to remove it to there license terms but in general AML policy this is required. If the IP address location does not match the given address, the company may lock the account for further investigation, and request steps two and three verification (AML 1 and AML 2). I think its overkill to be consider like dynamic IP will gonna subject user account for verification because we all know that most of the router use a dynamic IP as default. I’m assuming that they are pertaining to the country as location described and not the the different IP address on same country. Although this should be clarified thoroughly because it might use it against to use just like what you said if one of the Roobet support decided to go that far on handling case like this. Roobet starting to tightening there ToS draws a lot of attention.
