Proof of income source is at level 3 while you can play  by completing level 1 unless you are a whale player then level 3 is very necessary, you will be rejected if you are in this scenario : When your income is under $5k while your deposit is more than $100k per month then this is suspect
Now the decision is yours at which level you will play if still in doubt you can check other sites that offer the same thing.

The comment above was right and that is a level 3 verification, you can deny your source of income if you really want not to disclose it to anyone. Name and location are the basic information for the level 1 verification and I think that is no to worry about that.
Nevertheless, you can switch to any gambling site that you want or bookmakers, usually, crypto bookmakers are not so strict when it comes to KYC.

I think because Roobet supports and implements the regulation of Anti-laundering act to their business, so if they found your funds to be suspicious, you might not be accepted( I believe it is triggered of you're a whale that deposited huge amount of money). Do you? It's just the source of income, they can't do anything with that data against you, unless there's something shady on your part.

How can your provide proof of income from crypro activities? There’s a lot of individual here who already made a lot of good profit in cryptoworld and there’s no proof of income here aside from every transactions which I doubt you can gather everything. Anyway, if they’ll just ask for details its fine but providing such documents, that will be hard to provide for many reasons I believe.

It is not a complicated process at all. You don't have to worry about uploading documents to prove your source of funds. Not only roobet has this policy but most of the casinos who are asking for different levels of KYC comes under AML policy and to verify that the funds are not abused in any manner and that's why large withdrawal are proposed to fulfill the identity norms.There was huge discussion for the same here and you can choose accordingly.

In my opinion, the reason why campaigns of exchanges are getting less new users compared to the success of casino signature campaign here is the competition. Most people prefer to use exchanges that are widely used, like Binance and Coinbase. Simply because they trust them. And I could say, some (if not most) of gamblers are excited if there are new casinos that will open up because they want to try and explore them.

That is exactly right, because of the promotion, of course, bonuses, and other extra giving away that most commonly happen when there is a new gambling site raise. But I guess none of them will try to deposit a huge amount, all of them, are observing the progress and grabbing the possible bonuses or they are bug hunting and report to the owner most especially if there is a reward.

I registered the account played a few times and then i did not log in for months until i heard they are starting the sports book and since i wage in sports i wanted to see the platform and when i tried to log in after months i was not able to and when i tried to recover my account it said that the username does not exist. I am not sure why they should delete accounts, never mind i will start another one and hopefully that is not against TOS .

I have not got online for months also mate but when i logged in few days ago there is no same issue as yours , maybe best to contact support first because creating another account will bring you issue in future specially if you manage to win bigger and try withdrawals because this might come that you have multiple accounts according to your IP or some things they may track your activities.

AFAIK they are only issued KYC requirements but not clearing inactive accounts specially for not being online just for months.

Yeah, unfortunately it's something that you'd have to live with on more established crypto casinos.

These sites are simply trying to appease the regulators anyway and there is nothing that they can do.

Roobet is one of the best in the business and certainly wouldn't want to maliciously hold your funds with KYC as the excuse imo. Just play along with support and everything should be sorted based on my experience with them.
