Instead of going full out and move the communication to a forum, a number of threads on Bitcointalk, all linked in the OP, should offer a more secure and reliable way to communicate.
I agree if someone can make a nice and organized [ANN] like XCP has for example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=395761.0qora will just need to copy paste it on the OP and everything will be much more organized and also simpler for new comers.

That would be much better than starting a new thread. Qora dev should be able to edit it.

I'll post a new ANN topic in this thread within 15 minutes, than we can edit it and Qora dev will have a final version to post.

About Qora- Qora is a new 2nd generation cryptocurrency designed from the ground up to solve Bitcoin’s biggest problems while also adding new promising features.
- Qora is being built from scratch and will not rely on any other crypto-currency.
- Qora uses a new proof-of-stake algorithm making it future-proof.
- Qora is being developed in Java and relies on native C libraries to perform the most CPU intensive tasks.
- Qora relied on an IPO for initial distribution of the supply. The total amount of Qora in existence is 10'000'000'000 (10 Billion). One Qora has 8 digits after the decimal point.
The ClientGuaranteed Features- Ed25519 DSA to verify and sign messages.
- 1-5 minute block time depending on the network activity.
- Retargeting every 10 blocks.
- Password protected wallets that can be recovered/generated from seeds.
- New Proof-of-Stake algorithm.
- A JSON RPC API to directly communicate with the client.
- Naming Service: allows the user to register a key-value pair which can be used for various purposes (URLS, addresses, …).
This Naming Service will also include an exchange where users can buy and sell keys. - Colored Coins/Assets.
- Arbitrary Transactions: a simple feature which allows users to send any payload they want over the network. This can be used by third-parties to build additional features on top of Qora (data storage, chat).
- Transaction Boosting: higher transaction processing speed by not having to broadcast the transactions to the whole network.
Possible Features- Anonymous transactions/Zerocoin: one of the biggest problems of Bitcoin is of course that every transaction is traceable. Currently Zerocoin is the most promising project which is trying to solve that problem in a decentralized way.
- Cross Blockchain trading.
- Finite Blockchain/Blockchain shrinking.

Looks really nice! GJ dzarmush
I think its important to add that: Qora relied on an IPO for initial distribution of the supply. The total amount of qora in existence is 10 000 000 000 (10 billion)
what do you think?

Changed my post. I already sent a link to Qora dev on my post, so I'll be changing it if someone want to correct.

Thank you nextgencoin. I will redesign with simplicity at the core and get rid of widgets. No I am not the other. Been doing some homework (JSON, CLI, etc..) for a week on the backend stuff (how to's etc...). Uber security settings with Soft/Hard security... No idea if qora is BCnext. Would be nice to chat with BCnext one day... Say hi to him if you get to chat.. I am just trying to help out... Even chatting with qora is nice. I am currently working a GUI for a Deterministic wallet (bootstrap 3, etc... for all devices) and will have a preview in the next few hours. Just have to hook up Command Line Interface (CLI) etc... Working on the backend stuff too (cloudflare, hardening, etc...) I love pretty things As far as development goes I am responsible for about 90% of it and there is one other person that helps me out with stuff that is not related to the core like the GUI and API. (The API will be completely reworked before the release.)
ASIC-8Tile are you the other person qora is talking about? seems like you have been busy working for some time on this if you have preview ready. can you tell us if qora is BCnext? You are clearly talented and are a good designer but can I suggest if you are involved in some way with GUI that you not only keep it simple but also what has to be complicated (colored coins etc) be hidden in menus. What I mean by that is that most of the menus on the right can be hidden. People want a simple payment page 95% of the time, the rest can be hidden or just a few menus options showing like Trade, Message etc, more than 5 and your starting to look complicated. Its far from the perfect solution but I suggest you log onto Ripple to get an idea of how to do it. I think you have the skills to make the first decent GUI for a 2nd gen cryptocurrency that is completely user friendly and stylish. I hope you stick with Qora and get involved in that area. A streamlined GUI will in my opinion single out Qora from NXT in the end. The whole decentralised trading thing hasn't been cracked yet imo. And yeah I am like others negative about the whole dashboard thing, weather etc. i don't think people want paying and trading mixed up with other stuff but I'm sure that's another separate project that has legs. It could even open up a portal to anonymous internet use combined with payments etc.. [/quote]
