I don't understand why they are really forcing something like this, I get that the matches are usually bringing in millions of dollars and stopping that would ruin many peoples careers and financial situation however is it really worth it because the other side is health, we are talking about health of some people as well.

I can understand if they go fully young people who are under 40 years old as well but even that is not going to stop it. Island or no island there should not be a fight, UFC is out of their minds if they are actually doing this and I would be categorically against it.

Organizers of events like that is also doing their safety precaution especially on what is happening in our world right now. There are sports that can possibly resume even there is an outbreak like this, For example, esports tournaments, Esports tournaments are still happening now and It is quite ok conducting the tournament online. Though there aren't a major events.

I don't know why still UFC is not postponing one of their events fight, Maybe having both of the players fight without any crowd is their plan and safely check all of the people in the said event one by one. It's a great risk and it is the decision of the fighters if they will outstand the fight on this kind of situation, understanding that they will accept the risk on what they want to do.

But I really doubt it even the fighters could spread coronavirus to the opponent so there is always a risk, I guess making this decision they are already expecting it so I guess they are already prepared for it.

In an island there are few people in there, they need to make sure there is no infected with covid-19 in an Island before they bring the fighters and other people so it's gonna be safe, now, if the test kit is accurate, there's no way people will be infected as they got tested before going into the Island.

It is all about the money I think, there should be fight in UFC anymore because of the threat of the covid-19. Even though they know how deadly it is, they still want to continue it because of the millions of dollar bets in the fight. I am a online bettor but I'm against with the UFC decisions. It is all about the money I think, there should be fight in UFC anymore because of the threat of the covid-19. Yes, I know that. I don't want to see that is happening in reality, not now or in the future. But that can happen in the black market as we don't know for sure.

I don't want to see dog fighting or using the animal for betting because I think that is out of humanity. We cannot use the animal as they have a right to be free. I guess it depends if you get to the pneumonia phase or not. If the virus gets to your lungs, there is a possibility of leaving a permanent damage. Make a google search, this possibility is real.

Across the world and in all fields Corona virus 2019 has impacted to everyone. Many countries or cities are in the lockdown mode and world is already in the recession. Also not sure when will the lockdown gets open up and virus get completely away from this earth. It is testing times for all and better to have savings in such times so that it is helpful in the future when required as downturn will continue for some more time.

Honestly I doubt the national leagues will care much about if the players are fit or not. If there is a certain timeframe in which the season could be finished the games will be played. But you are right, it will take some more weeks until we can think about resuming the leagues.

The pandemic seems to hard to handle because no one's really ready, even an alternative solution for this one. Many things are laying low due to the disease, NBA paused their season to avoid their players getting infected after some of them have tested positive with the virus. The possibility for that to happen is high. Since our issue with this pandemic is still on high alert, and no one nor the government can tell when this issue will end. Since the priority is for everyone to stay in their home and we practice social distancing, expecting a huge crowd is impossible, in short, sports can't proceed.
