My reasoning is that as fans as glued at home and watching their favourite teams, there is a big chance that most of them will go online and place their bet.

I guess so. People will place their bet, especially if their favorite teams will play with the opponent. That will be an exciting match moment since people can not watch their teams play for almost 3-4 months. People are not panicking as hard as they used to, don't know if that's a good thing or not. Time will tell.

The main concern is of the staff and employees as during this lockdown they would not have got paid and many would have lost their jobs as casinos may reduce the staff considering the situation and the future. I think if in the next match, one of the teams is infected like the previous players, the game better to stop for a while, and the event staff needs to check all of the teams, including the staff of each team, to make sure that there is no other person who gets infected. That will be too risky if the game continues because some people will say that the match is not fair. But we hope that there is no new case in the football championship in all countries, and the event staff organizer can be careful in handling the event.

The win is so substantial that it  makes you wonder why they thought it was a good idea to still go ahead with the match? It was clear the team was at a disadvantage. In light of this, assuming that the mangers (or whoever was in charge of this) still pressed on despite the downside, would only make it unfair to the winning team to have the score removed from the records, even though I can understand why this may not seem representative of the team's abilities.

I only laugh about the big winning, but I am concern with the player conditions.

If all of them get sick, it is better to stop sports events until all of them recover. I already say it that, but the event continues. The sports betting will still exist, but the sports betting will need to wait for the next update from the event's promoter until the sports event can continue.

But if the team is not playing with a full performer and the reason is that infected of the virus, many people will say that is injustice for that team. We don't want to see more players will get infected, so perhaps, the event promoter needs to use another method or protocol to protect the player. Why would wait for another person to get infected before cancelling the games ? The officials must cancel it right after they confirmed the case. The virus behaves rapidly and it can be passed from person to person and some without even showing early symptoms (because others are asymptomatic). How many people he interact with before finding out that he got the virus? You cannot trace it easily. What more if you let those people interact with new bunch of people. See? May lives are at stake thus they the best move would be an immediate quarantine.

You're right, its hard to take take risk specially we dont see the virus and can be pass without knowing instantly that you're already infected because some people dont show early symptoms to know they are infected. So if the event place is not safe it would be better to take the alternatives to be able to gamble in order to ensure the safety of the players and fans.
