I love the idea of donating your spare money and putting it into better use. I think if it still exists without an audience then it is like training because if there are spectators who see a soccer match then they will see the results of the training and team performance so that it will be seen who will be the winner, whereas if there is no audience it might be possible gambling done through an online website.

The virus will spread due to the obvious reason and there is no cure for this pandemic yet. If the whole process continues like this, I guess the cancelled sports will be more than the expected. The few more months and the online  gambling industry will grow like never it has been before.

Perhaps, we will see a long time to break in the sports so that impact with the gambling industry. We cannot do anything except follow what is happening because they don't want to see their player gets infected so I think that is the step that really needed to prevent the virus spreads. I agree with you, and I am sure that after the vaccine can get found, and many people will be cured, the sports game will continue, and it will grow bigger than before. I think the most thing of the gamblers do as of now is betting and playing on online casino. There are many gambling sites that is not associated with sports or e-sports. So I think, those gambling games like poker, blackjack, dice, roulette are the majority. Gamblers don't easily give up and they will have another way to play gambling and earn money.

For hardcore football fans there is still the Australian league, one can bet on those. They are played behind closed doors though.
