Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens???

Never invest in something you don´t know the details about
Never invest money you can´t afford to lose
Never let emotions like greed or hope get the better of you

Most new coins are build by greedy developers, many if them aim only on money making, they are less determined on their project success that's why I don't have plan of holding new tokens for long time, I'm more satisfied with old altcoins

I do agree with it but it's not all of them were scam. Can you put compound as a scam coin create by greedy developers while it has a very good reputation among all of crypto users or even major players?
We can't generalize all of new icos were scam and we must think to remove the suspicious icos from our list.

You need to be careful with new coins and tokens, many developers only want to get rich using blockchain technology, they aren't here to offer the public something new and useful, only invest what you can afford to lose on new altcoins

Its not bad to invest in new coins however majority of these coins are likely a pump and dump scheme with no real purpose.

So you need to dig deeper to find a hidden gem in these new coins because not all of them are worth to invest.

Thats why its advisable to invest in popular coins rather than to new coins to minimize the risk and avoid getting scam.

Basically, investing is risky and that is obvious. But for cryptos there is a lot of risk. You know, the crypto market is rife with fraudulent IEO and ICO projects, and when the world economy is in recession like this, fraud is even more prevalent. Therefore, this stage is not good for investment, we should only keep the fiat money or invest in the food service segment.
A good example is me, a bounty hunter who has worked on many projects since the beginning of the year and most of them have failed and of course I have not received a dollar.

There are few very promising new altcoins in crypto space, you need good analysis to find these gems and some aren't that hard to find, here are few good new altcoins in my portfolio

4. Seele.

And there is more.

If you want to make profits from new altcoins then participate in IEO launchpads from binance, kucoin, huobi, Okex  or gate.io exchange, you will surely make double or more depending on how demanding the project becomes, just make sure you take profit once the IEO is over

Yes agree, if you want to invest with new coins, then you should invest in IEO projects listing on large exchanges like Binance, Okex or Kucoin, besides that we should avoid investing with new coins, because that would be very risky. If we not have too much knowledge about the Crypto investment then you should just choose Bitcoin as your investment.

Risk is already factor in investing itself, coming from the word.
Even if you invest in top coins like Bitcoin, you're still at risk. There's no such thing as "safe investment" especially we're talking about a volatile market.
It it just that the community hype as well as the content of the coin to be invested is what makes us rid of the mindset of fear.

Either old or new altcoins the buying time is very important, those who buy Bitcoin at ATH are still in big loss till today, do not buy coins when they are at the top, make sure that you get in when market isn't favorable, you know what I mean? Dumps, reddish market

This question is very generic. Of course it is, not even on new coins/tokens but also to all coins out there. New projects are to vulnerable and can become scam anytime. Also relying on tech aspect we can feel if the project will persist in the future base on their concept. There are too many projects before that dead now and this is a proof that not all new project can survive easily on a very volatile market. If I were you, I will risk my money on known coins like bitcoin.

Before I made some profits buying coins and tokens which are successful during their ICO.
Now, they are difficult to find. Like looking for a needle in a haystack.
I prefer buying trusted coins now. If ever I will be interested in a new project it must have a feature that will blow our mind.

You don't have to be moved because new altcoins keep getting released every day, stay focus on finding the better ones, believe me ninety nine percent of new altcoins are trash, they are here for money only, once they are satisfied enough they will stop development and slowly disappear

From those four lists, I prefer to invest in Tezos and Cosmos. Although I don't know much about those project, it seems, the project has the potential to increase. That coin now is at the 30 top coin list in CMC, so that can compete with the other project, although we need to wait to see which project which can lift the rank. I have that two coin, and I see the price of Cosmos slowly increase.

Another useful application to know what is the current trend of an Alternate Cryptocurrency is the Coinlib website. There are a lot of listed Crypto and it surely helped me look on what trends are going up and down.

Of course there are always risk pertaining the investments on other Cryptocurrencies but we must always look at these risk with knowledge. We must know if whether the platform we are investing on will be profitable after some time and make sure to make a background check on the volume and liquidity of the token.

First of all, the very first thing I consider before investing in any new crypto project is the risk to reward ratio. Now let me explain; if for example after doing analysis for a new coin/token and discover that the team is faceless and there is no project backing, even if there is hype around the project I won't buy with even a dollar. This means the risk to reward ratio is very high for me. However, I consider some new coins as gems even without hype provided the team is solid, and there is an MVP or better still working product. In this case, the risk is lower hence I might consider to bag some.

Personally it is rarely that i found Newly listed currency as profitable and safe,Look at many of them being listed in almost Unknown exchange that makes us think if this is legit or another scam.
I dont count them all as scam but sorry to say it is majority that make scamming these days.


Simple Logic is "Why need to support and Buy new coins/tokens when there are many strong and old coins that safer to invest for?"
