Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens???

Many of us were well known the Coinmarketcap from where we receive all cryptocurrency like coins and tokens details like on which exchange they listed, what is the 24-hour treading volume, or which platform they based on, etc. These days many new crypto coins and tokens was introducing and listing on many exchanges and It makes a very difficult decision for the investor to choose which coins or tokens should they invest to make some good profit. Many of the new cryptocurrency was makes a good pump in their stating days and after they dump in a very dramatic way. This cause a big loss to the investors and the trust in these types to new coins and tokens was finished. So, the main question is that Is it risky to invest in new crypto coins/tokens? or it is good for a very certain time of investment?

There is No safer investments but from those currencies that existing for long and had already proven their company .

The Only Problem for investing in new Coin is the Greediness , because we wanted to earn more and easy and short time.

The reasons why new altcoins are risky especially for new investors or crypto newbies

1. Majority are repeating same old use cases we've seen before
2. Majority of the new altcoins are build by unqualified teams or devs
3. Scammers are doing all they can too to deceive investors

Confidence is quite important bro, but in certain portions. the rest is analysis and calculation. If the project you invested in wasn't great from the start, you already know you've been fucked up in investing. so analysis and research is also very important, not just confidence

Yes it is. Lets explain it after blockchain becomes a Huge industry and lots of investors comes into this platform. Lots of scammer are also comes here to loot your money. Now we know that coinmarketcap is place where we get all genuine coin and token information they listed only legit coin. But now i also have some doubt on it because i already seen some project which are the scammers and that coin is also listed on coinmarketcap. And that team take advantage of this and getting more people to invest. I don't remember that project name but that project had a huge money to marketing. They use lots of money for marketing and they got their success they got lots of investors and gone from market. So before invest any project try to research more.

Investing in any coin or token in the crypto space is risky to some extent, even some of those coins and tokens listed on the first page of coinmarketcap does not guarantee returns or profit when you invest in them, it's just that the risk of investing in already established coins or tokens is much lower but the chances of profiting very big is also lower, but investing in new coins or tokens poses higher risk of loosing that investment but also have a higher chances of profiting very big if the project does well and you are patient enough.

Yes, and instead of wasting your time researching new tokens and coins for investment, it's better to choose tokens or coins that are really strong and tested in all markets such as BTC, ETH and XRP which are currently in good shape, even though the risk remains, but it is less when compared to new tokens or coins whose future is not yet clear.

It might be risky in new coins.Usually new coins cannot get attention of the community.Now there are thousands of coins available in the market, investors normally take entry in well reputed  coins.Normally lauching a new coin it takes big dump and not cannot recover in so fast.

Yeah it is. Though this projects has a great chance to bring ROI 40/80 percent. But the risk rate is also high. The better option for the new toekn investment is to invest low. Dont invest hundreds of or thousands of dollar randomly.
Do some research then invest as per your knowledge. Divide projects in different categories then decide the amount of loss you can bear. Then buy that amount of tokens.

New projects are as risky as they are profitable. So if you want to make more profit, you must take a risk. However, the risk is not to throw money into the water, so you have to do market research, study, read the Whitepaper. Then if you think the project is potential, more likely to be profitable, then you can invest. It has always been risky investing in cryptocurrency make it new or not. All you can do it have a deep research on these projects as hard as you can. You cant simply trust these tokens that they will bring you good money in the future. You'll never until it happens. Risks is the partner of investing in cryptocurrency. Investing in new crypto is a bit risky, but one thing I know is Investiting is that it's risky generally. But do you know that the higher the risk, the higher the gain. It takes some other factors to really know which projects will do good. I have learnt some logic. Every team behind a project/coin has a member which you can do an underground check, to know their records if there are any doubt. When btc was first launched nobody really believed in it and it has make a great profit for those that did then. Ethereum was a new crypto too before. Imagine if you invest in it then. The returns will be massive by now.

Investing on a newly develop or underdevelop token/coin is very risky knowing for a fact that we don't know whether if it will be successful in the long run or just a scam coin so you better do your own research so you will not regret.

yes, people often think that new coins are riskier than coins that are already on the top list in the market. I agree on that, but there will come a time when you will take the risk of trying your luck by taking part in new coins. new coins can sometimes be profitable and vice versa. but it would be nice to do detailed research and not spend all your money on just one project.

Take a look at when the project was established and how it has progressed on the roadmap set out when it started. If they managed to achieve it  and the problem that they set out to solve still exits then go ahead with some amount comfortable for you.
