Even though Lyon and Nantes are currently only struggling in the middle of the standings, but at least Lyon still has a better record and that way Lyon can still win this home match. But yes, I think Lyon and Nantes have good abilities regarding aggressiveness in scoring goals, so even though Lyon is the favorite to win, but Nantes will certainly provide a difficult resistance by scoring goals in this match.

But yes, with considerations like that too, I think betting for both teams to score and or over, might be a good option too. So yes, even though this is not a match in the title race, but I am sure that this match will still be interesting because both of them are still very ambitious to get points.

Lens did a really good job against Angers today. This reassuring win should be giving them some extra confidence in themselves. They are still in the fight for the second position technically. But it depends on being consistent on one hand. Otherwise their job wouldn't be easy against Marseille and Monaco in the first place. For now they have captured this position in the standings.

I wonder how good Marseille will be able to play against Reims away. Reims are in a great form and they should be able to compete with Marseille at a similar level as well.

Lille and Lens both won last night's game over their opponents and this result means that the two teams will start competing in the top 4 of the standings starting next week considering that Lille and Monaco are only 2 points apart, if Monaco fail to win over opponent Ajaccio, there will definitely be a chance Lille in the next week is very big to shift Monaco's position in the standings. We know that Monaco's performance in the last few matches has always had minor results and I think that later they will return to a draw.

You are right, Ney is a very good reference for PSG, when Messi and Mabppé do not do well, then there is Ney who can show his face, however I have seen games where All 3 have been and they have not done much, to My PSG if these players go, how will they defend themselves? Lille is trying to raise on Europa league zone after draw on the last 2 matches, while Toulouse even is not good on the last 3 matches and always lose, but they try to raise on a middle stand and won versus Anger on anger's home which I think Lille must not underestimate them and must fight strunggle for this match, I would bet to draw when I look in h2h.

I think Lille will continue to dominate this match, but one small error could turn things around and put Toulouse ahead at home. You are right PSG is a funny team, the team is not balanced. They are able to perform best in League One but in other leagues like the Champions League they have performed very poorly. PSG management now needs to think hard about how to balance the team and how to correct mistakes

You are right PSG is a funny team, the team is not balanced. They are able to perform best in League One but in other leagues like the Champions League they have performed very poorly. PSG management now needs to think hard about how to balance the team and how to correct mistakes

It is not easy for psg in the Champions league. The champions league is the toughest league you can think  of. PSG is leading the French league because their are no strong teams that can challenge PSG.
The champions has many strong teams competing to get the championship.

League 1 championship for Paris SG is not a measure. According to the squad they had, Paris SG was already the champion of League 1 before the league started. Like everyone else, I think that the real success for them is UCL.  They were not successful in that either. They were eliminated this year. Now is the time for Galtier to think about what he will do next year and how he will form a squad.

PSG should be the example you give when talking about clubs that are not well run. I just don't know what goes on in their heads. A club that wants to really win in the champions league won't go around buying average players while focusing only on their attack. A team that has Neymer, Mbappe and Messi in todays football won't be able to fully strength their squad. As much as Mbappe has been beneficial to them, it would have been better they let him go to Madrid than spend that kind of money on a single player when you have a midfield that's is as awful as that. Aside how bad their midfield is, they don't have good substitutes. They do not have any player on the bench that can come in for an injured or fatigued Mbappe, Neymer, Veratti, Messi. The squad of that team is just not ready to compete and I don't believe they have the right coach for the job either.

I agree with you about Paris Saint Germain, in fact I think that if in Ligue 1 there were teams who were really on the same footing financially and in line-up I doubt they would easily win the title. What are they lacking? Financial they have very good ability, players? They have a series of star players in their squad. But that doesn't make them a very scary team.

Lens had a very impressive game against Angers home and destroyed them. They were solid in terms of passing and shots both. Angers couldn't even resist them much. Lens need to maintain an effort similar to this level if they want to keep their claim for a spot in the Champions League. The last match was supposed to be easy for Lille. By "easy" I mean winnable. They did start slow. But now they are looking good. I will still say that they are not consistent enough. At least not in my opinion. They will have to be a little more consistent to finish in the top three or two in my opinion. The point difference between them and the team in the third position is quite good. The way they are performing right now, winning one and drawing three is not going to be enough for them to reach the second or third position.

It has been another disappointing season for PSG which is considered one of the richest clubs in the world. However, that fact doesn't mean much after yet another early exit from the Champions League. PSG is the best over 2.5 goals team in Ligue 1 to no one's surprise, their matches average 3.5 goals so this PSG vs Rennes has good scoring reasoning. There is no big motivation for the team, just to end the season on a high note defending the title. Rennes, on the other hand, played 17 ‘over' matches this season, and the last time these teams met, the score was 1-0 against PSG , for now, the visiting team. In the past five matches between these teams, four of them ended with fewer than three goals scored. Rennes played four out of the last five league games with under 2.5 goals while PSG is in the middle of a seven game streak with ‘over' goals matches.

I don't fully agree. however, yes, because Galtier is the trainer. Of course, he contributed to PSG's elimination in the Champions League. because in fact, Galtier failed to bring PSG much better than previous coaches. even so, we can see PSG's failure from various factors. especially, after the post-world cup. the injury to the core players, made PSG's performance decrease. Likewise, when PSG played Bayern in the second leg of the Champions League.

I can't completely say Galtier's failure was purely, or should we say his fault. because IMO, Galtier is a pretty unique and intelligent trainer. unfortunately, the system he implemented on his team did not go according to what he wanted. I just want to say that PSG lacks a decent midfield player. be it an attacking midfielder, or a defensive midfielder. as a result, when PSG came up against a team on par with them. often, PSG's front line cannot play optimally. because, they don't have good support from other players. in particular, the midfield sector. by the way, currently PSG will have a match against Rennes. should be, three points is the result they must get.
