After beating PSG very well, of course that should motivated Rennes squad to get points against Lens, although on a head to head record Lens is better rather than Rennes but later they will favored because they are playing at home. Also Lens when playing away they are not too good, so far in 14 matches they have only been able to get 4 wins 8 draws and 2 lost. And my guess for this match will end with a draw results, because I think Lens also don't want to lose points for stay close with Marseille.

Among big clubs in Champions League, last 10 years, PSG are the most victims of historic come-backs like with Barcelona, Chelsea and Real Madrid.

If they have reputation like Real Madrid, opponents will easily give up if PSG led 2 or 3 goals. They don't have it now and they have to work to get it for their club in Champions League.

It is acceptable if they have a bit difficult in Ligue 1 but go far in Champions League. However reality is they failed in Champions League at the first knock-out phase, round of 16 so any excuse for their not good enough performance in Ligue 1 does not mean anything. It's unacceptable for their fans to exit Champions League at round of 16 and see their star players turn to be meeky sheeps in Champions League.

In the last two seasons, PSG did not repeat their successful season when they went to Champions League final and failed under hands of Bayern Munich. Three seasons later, they failed against Bayern but at round of 16. No revenge after all for PSG after 3 years.

There has been a lot of difference between the League One teams. Like most of the teams are not getting along with the PSG team. Basically what I'm trying to say is that Ligue 1 needs to improve a lot with some teams that can compete with PSG teams so the league is going to be really solid.

Punishing PSG for being so much better than others wouldn't be an ideal solution though. Think about it, PSG is obviously so much better, and yet they are not getting the UCL title neither, which shows that as a league they need to improve. When you overlap la liga or premier league there, you see how big the difference is even to the last team, this is why they need to do a lot better.

I personally believe that the best way to do this would be helping financially, they need to figure out that having long term investments that pay off would be better. Like Bundesliga and Bayern, they didn't become this good by buying and selling players only, they had long term amazing projects that paid off.

But what exactly is the achievement if you are financed by a sheikh, one of your players costs as much as some of the entire teams in Ligue 1 (it is a bit exaggerated I know) and then you win the Ligue 1 title. That is what sets the Premier League apart so much. Winning the Premier League title means something. Winning it isn't easy, it is damn hard. Even though Manchester City won it a four times in the last five years, just look what effort was required to do it. 93 points last season vs. Liverpool with 92 points. Or in 2019 they needed 98 points and Liverpool had 97 points and both won all of their last games. One mistake and the title is gone. That's so different in many other leagues.

It was the same for quite a while in Italy with Juventus, but that has now changed as well. I think that Juventus won't dominate Serie A as they used to do anytime soon.

Yeah it's like even at the very bad season they have ... psg would still win the league though and having to finish other than 1st place might happened once in 20 years , there is no tough competition at ligue 1 , not healthy at all ... someone from qatar or kuwait need to takeover marseille or rc lens or whichever ligue 1 club lol

in football having the best  players sometimes don't always bring the best performance,  sometimes when the team is not bringing out the best performance the problem can also come from the coach.psg has the best players that the championship should not have been a problem to them.

I agree that they need to play very well to score maximum points. But we must not forget that Marseille need to play even better. I won't talk about Lens, for them the season will definitely not end in first place, they have no chance of that. PSG have a good reserve of points to feel comfortable and I think they can keep the lead.

PSG's performances have been poor in recent times. I'd also like to blame PSG's multiple coaching changes in this issue, among with some others. Different managers of the team have come up with their own strategies and tactics in such changes. This has resulted in a lack of consistency in the team's style of play and overall approach to play. As a result there may be some lack of coordination within the team. But I think the team has strong foundations and potential to bounce back in the future.
