Scam accusations about this sties are everywhere, they came here saying they would solve the problem but it seems like they failed, in fact the new account has even received a negative feedback because people was not happy with their false attempt.

I'm not sure if I read somewhere that they are saying it's under a new management, so those old accusations can't be solve.

Most probably. Bitcointalk is not the only platform they can advertise their company. There's others like twitter.
And these people who tried to play on their site aren't reviewing the casino's reputation very well. There are other reviews on the internet also, it's worth checking before playing on their casino, it doesn't consume a lot of time.

I hope the latest issue will be resolved. The past issues also ofcourse.

Scams are not moderated so expect this to happen but I don't know if community votes will be effective to make them ban on this forum, maybe best for someone to run a poll about this and execute the scammers via voting and lets see if the mods will agree to the result or not since I think this is the proper way to ban a known scammer which still lurking and continuously doing there schemes here.

why not just payout his winnings? you can close sometimes an account if they violate your terms but it seems more that you always close accounts if people win to much
be more specific about breaking your rules in the terms. just writing that the terms are violated is not sufficient enough. i know people who did not do anything wrong and you also closed their accounts because they won to much money and they bet in FIFA games only which iis impossible to violate the terms so explain that
