Hi, is there any way to prevent gambling addicted players to create new accounts on your website? Can't you block by IP or whatever? Why is there no immediate self exclusion option?

I sent an email to block@1x-bit.com and security@1x-bit.com requesting to close my account. I had a pending deposit and it was said they couldn't close my account because of that. They didn't ban me from betting... nothing!
I deposited more to be able to withdraw on 16 April and I request again to close my account - it was ignored.
Now my account was finally closed (yesterday) but I lost much money from 16 April to yesterday.

Is this right? Are you proud of this "player protection"?

I'm not part of this casino but I think you are in a wrong position to blame this casino for your losses because they can't ban you from making bets. They have stated that you have pending withdrawal that time you requested it and the second time you ask to close your account is I think the casino's negligence. We gamblers should be responsible for every move we make on casinos and losing money because circumstances like this are not justifiable to blame.

Yes. I couldn't withdraw my pending deposit and they told multiple times I needed to deposit more to be able to withdraw it.

As you have gambling addiction sometimes you have "lucid periods" - I toke that moment to reflect and to request the account closure. It was denied. It was also denied/ignored after the deposit was made.

As you said Stake is a reputable website whereas 1xbit are known scammers therefore the two cannot equate.

We have to all chill and take things easy with 1xbit because what there is accused of is popular among most gambling platforms even stake is recently called out for the same thing on this forum the user claimed stake frozen his $180k winning and ban him from the chat so should we now red tag stake account on this forum and red tag everyone associated with them the answer is no we have to give time to legitimate issues to get resolved.

Unlike Stake and other reputable gambling sites that got called out, 1xbit has already been proven to scam people out of their money or wins in their platform so I don't get why you are defending them, probably your desperation to get paid in signature campaigns is what's making you say that.

This can actually be a good betting idea in my opinion, see how many 1xbit can scam in a month or if the people who will play there would get scammed, I would probably consider placing one in a legitimate sportsbook or 1xbit themselves could put it.

why you don't allow players who got banned to access their accounts ? you can simply just freeze their ability to bet and withdraw but you decide to remove the whole access so they can't share their betslips and expose your BS

We should keep this up because 1XBIT management just wants to show the people that they are resolving the issues, but the accusations just keep coming in, our obligation to point out that they are not living up to people's expectations to resolve all remaining and existing accusations if we stop reminding people about 1XBIT the existing accusation, people will think that all issues are resolved and nothing more coming.

Exactly and they are even doing the signature campaign. I wish they had the decency of spending the money in resolving and paying out players they have scammed. It feels bad someone can operate a scam as cleanly and openly as they are doing. I thought they will resolve the problems when they claimed they have an intention of doing so but ended up scamming just more players.

He made some winnings and because they don't want anyone to make decent winnings in their scam site, they blocked his account, and now they will just give him back his deposit and claim the issue was "resolved", if they even decide to refund.

If you are not violating anything then there is no reason for being banned unless you will Play in site like this 1xbit in which a proven scam casino site.

Since wins were received in an unsportsmanlike way - there are no obligations left on the company. Your account was closed to prevent further damage.

It already become pretty clear to me that they are not going to help us. They write the terms are violated, but if you ask any explanation then they refuse to explain.
