The deposited sum was returned, and the return was confirmed by you. But when your main account received negative trust - you decided to create a new one.

FYI guys my deposit was credited after 12 hours, not sure if support did something or it was automatic, but they did send me an email telling me deposit was credited.

The deposit was credited, and now our security team checks if there were any issues in the network or on our side.

It says removed as you can see. I asked them how can i remove a betslip, the answer is I can't.

Bet slip 20733279559 was changed by the player and automatically updated with the bet 20734043929.
Thus, the previous bet was removed, and the new one stayed.
The account is not closed and don't have any restrictions - withdrawals and maximum stakes are available.

We have clarified with the team what happened in your case. And it seems that your account was closed by your request indeed, not due to violations. We apologize for the miscommunication in the previous post.
Yet, this doesn't change the fact that your account was closed with a withdrawal proceeded. And you still have opportunity to access this account by the request or once the block expires (in case you didn't request for a permanent closure).

After watching this video you might think that 1xBit refunds winning bets, but keeps loosing bet.

This statement is easily denied by the winning bet right at the start of the video.
In addition, these refunded bets were placed on the known outcome, which was already stated by the support team.
Those lost bets were cancelled and refunded due to the same reason - no one would place a loosing bet on a known outcome. His withdrawals he didn't show for some reason.

It's obvious that the player tries to delude and tarnish 1xBit, which is seen by the time of his bets. That doesn't make any sense. Betting on bo3 winner tennis that is tied 1-1 is the same as bet on set 3 winner - same market different name.

Why would I edit my betslip or remove wtv (I don't even know how or if that is possible), rather than selling it?
I had all legs won except last one, it would have been a good profit in it instead of taking the same original stake returned no?

Thanks for getting back to me, i've replied to the pm, hope this can get solved. Will update everyone. I've never had any problems with 1xbit, they paid me out large amounts before, its just this account issue that bothers me.

I have posted the account number in one of my previous messages.
1cxbit admits they took 500 mbtc from my account, with a fantasy reason that I broke the rules.
The only rules I broke, is that I won some money. That is against the policy from this company, and when you win money, they void all your winning bets.
On the other hand, when you are placing bets and they lose, there are no problems.
i wrote already in the begin with my other account that 1xbit scammed me, they dont want to solve it.
I do not have the login anymore from that account.

They have no intention of giving you another chance or explain it in detail that's has been the issue ever since they keep banning and voiding winnings without further explanation so there is no way the player can defend himself because there is really no details of the ban, if the gambling site is reputable they will give you a chance to explain or defend yourself even if it's a lost cause.

I do not know a casino that would tolerate the fact that someone has multi accounts. What you are saying is that breaking the rules is okay and should not be punished. As far as I know, 1xBit gives the deposit back in full. The player cannot recover his deposit in full if he loses. After all, if someone loses, why would the casino pay him the entire deposit?
Unfortunately, we are not able to check who is telling the truth, so in my opinion, returning deposits is not harmful. I even believe that this is the best solution in such a situation.

Closure requests are operated within a first-come, and operating time might be increased. Which has happened in your case, unfortunately.

Refund is regulated only by the character of the bet, and account request closure is not the thing that triggers it.

2- the owner of 316221212 account request his account to be closed on 30th july and it was closed as requested within minutes
3- my 3rd closure request was made on 10th august and it was closed within minutes aswell.

Why dont you admit you ignored my 29th two explicit closure requests?
Why wasn't 316221212 account closed after mine?
