As far as I know, 1xBit gives the deposit back in full. The player cannot recover his deposit in full if he loses. After all, if someone loses, why would the casino pay him the entire deposit?

I think that some of the users who left a negative trust are no longer active on Bitcointalk, and some are not interested in it anymore. Even though they like to portray themselves that way, the truth is quite different. Because of the scandals exposed by the Sunday Times back in 2019, many doors have now been closed to them. In addition, an international arrest warrant has been issued for the owners for tax evasion, and they are probably hiding in one of the unknown non-extradition countries.
