Because as we have already discussed the fact that all scammed people are outside of this forum. Noone (from old users, who have money to gamble) on this forum is using their services.

All scammed victims are definitely not from outside the forum. Majority of them are, but minority are forum members who most probably aren't coming forward in order to avoid humiliation which makes sense.

I guess it's because the site can use a lot of money as a tool to promote on multiple sites. And people out there don't or don't know that the site is not a casino site recommended by us and they easily play gambling and spend their money there. But after they got the win, they had a hard time withdrawing the winning money and ended up getting into trouble and then they complained here. If they could research before deciding to deposit their funds, they would not be in that problem and could also choose another casino site.

Moderators won't lock this thread because they do not moderate ANN or scams, also locking this thread would not change much of this situation, since 1xbit has paid shilling all around the internet, even on relatively reputable webpages (most of the victims come from outside this forum only to report they have been scammed).

Actually, this thread has become just another way to report how shady this casino is, helping some newbies to be aware of all this situation and stay away (asuming they do not only read the first post of this ANN, that is). If mods decided to lock this thread it would happen becuase they decided to make an exception with 1xbit and moderate the content about this casino forumwide.

Well said. They could have locked this particular thread a long time ago if they wanted to, but they cannot since it's a free speech forum and locking it would break those rules. This wouldn't stop 1xbit as you mentioned.

I think it is better to keep this way mate, because if this thread will be locked then there are more opportunity for this to be out of sight and may other account not have a chance to check and become vulnerable from entering and betting .

It shouldn't be locked, in my opinion. It should stay this way. If you look through the thread, it's mostly filled with complaints and negative reviews about 1xbit. If any naive user came across this thread and cared to read through a few replies. I don't think they would even bother to use the casino.

I have read somewhere that 1xbit actually operates from Russia and are registered in Curacao, though. That would explain why this casino has been able to run for so long with little to no law enforcement. If you can find a version of the article in English, I'd like to give it a look.

these scammers were only tried in curacao, and from what I understand from the article this will not affect anything in the casino issue, that is to say the shit scammers will continue to operate, because they can still appeal to another court if they want to continue with the process , or else they can just stop having the license and continue operating normally, the guys are already experts in scam and know that they will hardly be arrested for robbing people. Now something I can't understand is why are they sponsoring certain things in the real world and still no one from the police in those places they sponsor haven't arrested them since they have so many scam accusations? for example:

The fact they can have all these partners, incur in alleged selective scams and yet maintain these sponsorships leads me to think whoever is behind this betting platform is either a political figure or a big enough fish to be under the protection of politicians / monarchy. Or perhaps all these Clubs and associations do not care where the money actually comes from? That also possible and very sad, to realize Football can be as corrupt as politics.

I also checked the cryptocurrencies accepted by 1xbet to fund their player's wallets and I am impressed with the amount of tokens and coins they take, the fact they can accept monero and not being called out by regulators only enforces my theory about these people being under someone else protection.

This isn't anything new to be honest. 1xbit has always had tie-ups with some big brands from around the world primarily because of their link to 1xbet which is an even bigger scam site in comparison.

Both sites have links to powerful people due to which money really isn't an issue for them which is why they are able to run their signature campaigns in this forum for so long despite all the negative criticism against them.

Cut the head of the snake and the body will disappear. Once 1xbet gets banned, 1xbit will automatically disappear in no time in my opinion.

I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.
If that 5 usd are problem, then give me back my 560 usd back to me, why to take my money, my deposits? Doesnt have reason for it

My man, we have already told you before that your money is likely gone and it won't come back no matter how much you beg to these scammers.
It seems this casino has been doing this selective scamming for some time now, there are people who have lost not 500$ but much more, over 1000$ or even 5000$ and months or years has passed by and they have not recover anything.

I do not blame you for keep trying, since ( I assume ) 500$ is quite a big money for you, but regardless of this you should start to consider the idea your money has been stolen by very resourceful people. If you can, you should talk about this with people you trust in your family so you can start to heal and eventually move on when you feel ready.

This is quite self-explanatory. The money is gone, you have been scammed by 1xbit, and they have been doing this since 2016. This is nothing new. We have sent a lot of time warning members about 1xbit scam and how I wish you had seen our negative feedback before using their casino.

The stories people make here about 1xbit being a scam are not false, they are real.

what the hell are you talking about? the casino is a proven scam, you can go see the OP's profile, there's no doubt about it, but even in the face of evidence you still insist that they are not scams, are you saying this because you've already used the casino? if yes, how long did you use it? Have you already recommended your friends and relatives to use this casino? why don't you try to do that? if you trust this casino then it shouldn't be a problem to recommend this casino to your relatives and friends, I hope you come to this thread and tell us about the experience your friends and relatives had using this casino, just be honest and don't lie in in case they also steal money from your friends and relatives
