Manchester city literally had a tough game against Brentford because all their efforts to win the game with some levels of ease was actually resisted and stopped by Brentford and they(Manchester city) did dominated the first half so well yet ended it in a goalless draw. Brentford had a quiet impressive defense making it really difficult for Manchester city to penetrate despite all their attempts.

Manchester city had a good play and even had one of their goals canceled, going by the odd given them by the bookies I had taught it was going to be an easy game for Manchester city to win but maybe the absence of de bruyne was another reason they struggled to get as much goal as they should because Brentford wasn't expected to be a really strong team but they did performed really well and at some point they became a threat around the 18 yard box of Manchester city but city had a good defense too who couldn't allow for certain mistakes. Pepe even seem not really happy with the results tho they were able to get three points but they would gotten more goals.

Manchester City played a good game, but I also expected more than one goal, even though the one goal increased their points by three points, which makes them just a point lower than Liverpool. Still, the game was interesting, but what I was also impressed with more was the resistance and the defence that Brentford had against Manchester City. It was so hard for Manchester to penetrate the defence, so I can say Brentford came prepared not to lose against Manchester City, but they also know that it will be great luck for them not to lose that game. 

But I also thought that maybe it was because De Bruyne was not in the game that is the reason they find it hard to achieve more goals, but never the less, the game was very tough and the game results came as expected, which I put as Manchester City to win, and they won, so the results came as expected. 

I am also expecting a one-sided game but both keepers are special in this match The city is not up to mark but the defense is just perfect by Brentford. Last minute goal by Haaland give Man City 3 points and now it's just a 1 point difference from the topper of the table Liverpool.

It was a really hard-fought win for Manchester City last night.    I wasn't expecting them to have this much difficulty in scoring even one goal against Brentford. Flekken is really impressive recently and he gave his everything in this game as well. He got a 8.4 rating for this performance and I think he was definitely the man of the match. 

Haaland scored a really critical goal otherwise Brentford were about to steal one point at Etihad despite being overwhelmed by Manchester City during the whole game. Every single win is very important for Manchester City on the road to the league title. Especially after losing points against Chelsea home.

Although I understand that a team shouldn't always expect to score a lot of goals, we all know that Manchester City is a team that scores a lot of goals in a match, which is why when they haven't done that in the two matches they play, it now appears as though their performance is different from before. Since Chelsea played against Manchester City and the match ended in a draw, Manchester City's performance has not been in good shape again. Moreover, none of their key players have injuries right now.

The goal Haaland scored yesterday was what kept Manchester City alive. Had Brentford not played with such seriousness, I would have assumed that the game would end in a draw. Based on Manchester City's performance thus far, I don't think they can compete with Liverpool in the remaining games, as Liverpool will do whatever it takes to win the league and satisfy their coach before he leaves the team.

Manchester city seem to be the team in England with one of the best set of scouts because they mostly bring in exactly the kind of players the team needs at almost every point nd they maintain set of players that are usually young vibrant and mostly in their prime. Liverpool aswell has got good scout but they have a good coach who help them assemble these teams much better even after the scouting but with Manchester united it seems much different that even the few good players that were gotten do usually seem to be in their best performance probably due to the Coach approach on how well to utilize them or probably the psychology of the players around the team but the coch has got a bigger role in all of this.

Brentford put up a good fight, but unfortunately, City's goal-scoring machine proved again. +3 points are important, but City needs to start scoring more goals again. Although the wins were disappointing, perhaps Pep has a strategy in mind. There are crucial and challenging games ahead that City can't afford to lose. The strategy from brentford has made manchester city struggle to beat it. I don't know why but if you were also aware if any clubs that faced manchester city were always playing parking bus strategy. How can city win easily if its opponent put all of its players in front of the goal keeper?
It likes you are trying to breaking the big wall that defending the goal keeper. So, i can understand that why city was struggling to beat brentford. It's caused by brentford is fully prepared against city. The coach is very well maintaining its player to play carefully against manchester city.

City was lucky enough caused by haaland was scoring the only goal to win this match. Pep was not lucky enough to face the club that is strong in the defensive line. Brentford was not that bad in the first half but it's a changed after enterning the second half.
The quality of squad owned by brentford is good enough but it's still lack of good attackers who can play quick counter attack against the big club like city. This is the main problem that needs to be cleared by pep guardiola.

Club must have tried to find something that will be very useful once it was facing the defensive team like that. It will be a disaster if city faces a club with perfect defensive line like intermilan in UCL.

Everyone must have the same rights and obligations. The Man City case seems to be going on behind closed doors and not many media are reporting this news. In fact I read the source from January.

I am asking because if it is the outstanding one we all know about it means that it has delayed for a very long time. Although I have not followed the media recently to know if there is another case. But then what I really need to say is that Manchester City is not above to be punished. Earlier this season Everton received their punishment which reduce their point to the relegation side and they are still struggling till date. In the serie A, Juventus faced such punishment and they took it in a good faith. So, Manchester City and the English football league management should not be a difference. Just take a look at this Manchester city case and how it has lingers for so long, this alone would tell you that their are so many things happening now behind close doors,  on the other hand, Everton case wasn't that long as this, between the space of 5months if am correct, everything was concluded, don't be surprised that they will just punish Manchester city by just telling them to pay fines, because that's how they normally punish the bigger teams in England, unlike smaller teams that got point deducted, which to me, is more severe than fines
