It's great to see a three-horse race for the title with 13 games remaining for the season and I hope this continues until the final week. Arsenal could be in a better position than City and LFC.

That was a very important victory for City, it didn't come in the way most City fans would have loved it to, but the 3 points is what matters most for Pep and his boys, and this win takes them to 2nd position, just one point behind Liverpool. This title race promises to be a very interesting one, Liverpool and Arsenal are currently in better form than City and if Pep's men are going to win their fourth EPL title in a row, then they have some improving to do, and i am pretty sure Pep knows that, their next fixture is an away game at Bournemouth and that as well would not be an easy game.

The match is not easy for Manchester City, Brentford defenders were solid in the beginning of the match, they try to maintain and withstand the pressures from Manchester City attackers, but the failed at the end as Manchester City has already score a goal in the match. It is almost a game over for Brentford because Manchester City will surely win the match especially as Brentford is not playing well attacking wise.

Winning this match by Manchester City will give them one point advantage to be ahead of Arsenal and one pint behind Liverpool in the Premier league table, it will also make the table and the Premier League more tougher as Arsenal will keep struggling to see if they can win the League this season , while Liverpool will also wants to win this as a final League trophy for Klopp.

Manchester City is playing well against Brentford, but they are defending well, making it a difficult game for Manchester City to win. In the first half, Haaland had a nice opportunity and took it, and I believe it was the first time Haaland scored against Brentford. Manchester City are in second in the premier league table before Liverpool and Arsenal play this, and I think that Arsenal match can be a tough match game because Newcastle are trying well and they won't like to lose point now, but I believe Arteta are more better than Arsenal and they still have the opportunity to win the trophy this season because the league is not over, because Liverpool are only leading them with two point in the table.

Liverpool face Luton tomorrow, which I believe is a bonus game for Liverpool because Luton are not in good enough shape to compete with Klopp right now. The league is something I can no longer predict because Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City are all in better shape, they can face any club and will undoubtedly defeat them.

It's obvious that the premier league table is becoming more interesting now between the top three teams of Arsenal, Manchester city and Liverpool as the gap between each of them in the league table is just a point difference so any outcome is expected between the three teams and for Liverpool, this is the most difficult time for the club because any point they drop now might put them at risk of losing their top position to either Arsenal or Manchester city so what they need now is to remain consistent and determined to succeed before they can get a positive result.

Basically, Manchester City dominated this match from the first half, but they always failed with a number of good opportunities. Brentford's defense was a big problem for Manchester City's attackers, then their lack of good finishing was also the reason why this match didn't have more goals. Haaland and Alvarez contributed to this important win, both being involved for Manchester City's only winning goal.

There were no surprises, the result was as expected even though Manchester City struggled throughout the match. They were ultimately satisfied with the final result.

Brentford cannot be underestimated however, they can play well and can also surprise. Good defense and teamwork made them successful in preventing Manchester City from scoring many goals, at least Brentford did their best despite failing.

With the addition of these 3 points, Manchester City rose to the 2nd place and 1 point behind which means the struggle continues until the end of the season. I have to say that the title is completely not safe from any team, shift is still possible but only for both teams while Arsenal are unknown. Can Liverpool maintain consistency in the remaining 13 matches? because only in this way Liverpool can win the title.

People actually thought this game was supposed to be easy for Manchester city they have forgotten that Brentford have always been stubborn whenever they play against Manchester city. I could remember they were the only club to do a double against Manchester city last Season. Today with city currently out of their own form I actually predicted it would be a tough game for them and it was. Halaand isn’t yet fit to be at his best and we all saw that with chances even missed last match against Chelsea.

Regardless of the number of goal that was scored, the win was worth it as the citizens reclaim the second place from Arsenal and also boast a threat to Liverpool who is currently topping the league ahead of City with a point difference. No doubt I expected to see more goals from the game but seeing how the Brentford team were able to keep a good defensive strategy despite City pushing attacks and strikes made me believe they are not going to concede much goals in the game because they were very careful. I think at this point, Pep will employ another fantastic statistics since his team is not doing very well this season like Liverpool and Arsenal but let's not forget the experience he has in this league and how he has dominated the league for over two seasons now i believe once pep is able to climb the table as leaders they are winning the league again.

Liverpool's hold of the top position looks shaky at the moment and the reason is the injuries you mentioned. They have less tournaments to compete so I guess that helps them too. I still think City has a better squad depth than LFC but we'll see how this goes. Maybe we'll see the gap to widen in the next ten games.

Manchester City has made a mistake in the last match by just playing a draw so this time they won't repeat it we know that Manchester City wants to take over the standings so they have to win all the remaining matches including today's match. I have to say this will be an easy win for Manchester City and they will shift Arsenal in the 2nd position then wait for the right moment to shift Liverpool. If Manchester City won today then they are only one point adrift behind Liverpool this means that the opportunity is still there and if Manchester City lose today then they will end.

Furthermore, Before you start to assume that Manchester City will knock Arsenal out of second place, I think you have to wait and see what the team can accomplish against Brentford.

Every assumption came to reality brother, Manchester City are never going to let that 3pt slide after the draw against Chelsea and do you expect that last minute pressure to just go like that without producing a goal? No, the thing is that Man City are still struggling and the little clubs will do everything possible to stress and frustrate them till they break and even if they're going to win it will be difficult and it will continue like this till they either lose to a smaller clubs or one of the big boys.
As for Arsenal they're waiting for the right moment when Liverpool and Manchester City will drop point because as it is I don't feel Arteta will lose any game till the end of the season. City against Arsenal will be a cracker and I can't wait for those two to knock horns.

Manchester city literally had a tough game against Brentford because all their efforts to win the game with some levels of ease was actually resisted and stopped by Brentford and they(Manchester city) did dominated the first half so well yet ended it in a goalless draw. Brentford had a quiet impressive defense making it really difficult for Manchester city to penetrate despite all their attempts.

Manchester city had a good play and even had one of their goals canceled, going by the odd given them by the bookies I had taught it was going to be an easy game for Manchester city to win but maybe the absence of de bruyne was another reason they struggled to get as much goal as they should because Brentford wasn't expected to be a really strong team but they did performed really well and at some point they became a threat around the 18 yard box of Manchester city but city had a good defense too who couldn't allow for certain mistakes. Pepe even seem not really happy with the results tho they were able to get three points but they would gotten more goals.

Manchester City dominated the match, but it was just kind of difficult to score in the match. The Brentford defense was just kind of strong for Manchester City to break. They had lots of opportunities, but they were blocked by either the goalkeeper or the defenders. Haaland was able to secure one goal in the match, which gave Manchester City a win in the match.

Handicap bettors only have themselves to blame. The result is far from disappointing for the City. They walk onto the pitch with a mission of earning 3 points and that's what they did.
When betting on handicap, it's not enough to just compare league positions, previous results or other stats. You have to take into consideration other things like season fatigue and the simple fact that the top priority for teams is to score 3 points not to score a lot of goals.

As for the City, a win is a win, they dominated with possession and goal opportunities, but just as in the game against Chelsea, they had a hard time of converting situations into goals. It's too soon to say if it's just bad luck or some deeper problem. We'll know after 1-2 more games.

Yeah is a risk when a club participates in several competitions and tournaments that's why sometimes coaches play the second players in several tournaments and only play the mainstay players in important matches, I just checked the list of injured Liverpool players and at least 10 players were injured obviously this is a tough situation for Klopp when he has to use the player in an important match. Most injured players are defense, midfielder and wing, fortunately there are still second players even though the performance is not optimal.

City was the ML winner in this game but Flakken is the MoTM and he was let down once again by his defense. Impressive display from Brentford this night but they need to put their defensive gameplay on lock if they want to cover more places in the top half of the league at the end of the season.

Well, whe your money is on it, themojntung pressure and the disappointment that follows doesn't mean much for an encouragement, you could almost count it that, hard luck is out to get them but, Manchester City is the sort of team that you can always rely on for a few minutes to stoppage time miracle in this type of game. Especially with them playing from a home side and they got a draw from there earlier game with Chelsea. Of course they understand what's at stake, a chance to creep more closer to the top of the league table and Pep wasn't going to let that slide by losing against Brentford. They were sure to keep having a go at them until they get there break. I ry thought they would have won straight from the first half.

Another mid-week game, another triumphant game for them. If Manchester City failed to win Brentford at Etihad stadium, then I would know that Brentford comes with lucky stars that prevented them from losing points against the elite side. Pep Guardiola was not settled all through because he aims only for winning points to aides his team close gap with Liverpool on the EPL table. This will be certainly one of the big fights between elite clubs. We know who scored already, no other player than the current goal machine of the club, Erling Haaland. The Norway international returned from injury and he's trying to regained his form but he needs exceptional aides from teammates to reach the top.

Pep Guardiola have settled for excellence in all games coming his way, he's this type of coach that already knows what to do without been told, he goes in whole-heartedly for potential players and anyone he touches, he ensures they're valuable to the team's progress and served good purpose under him.

Haaland is one of my favorite strikers and forwards in the Premier league. He's always on top of his game to fill in the goals when they are yearning for one. I enjoyed the way Haaland broke the deadlock at the 71st minute of the match when both clubs were haunting for one I was expecting a win by Manchester City at every minute of the game but I didn't know it will take them that long to conceive one.

This 1 goal win tonight has helped push Man City to the second position of the league with a point ahead of Arsenal and a point below Liverpool who leading the table right now.

Liverpool next match will be against Luton Town tomorrow which I believe its a good game for them to win to remain at the top of the table or lose to endanger their chances to remain top there. Arsenal's next EPL match will be against Newcastle which is ordinarily tougher but it is also essential For Arsenal to win that match.

Man City's next game will be on that same day with Bournemouth, I am pretty sure they will win on that match too. Two things are more likely to happen to Arsenal, either Arsenal will win and move ahead of Manchester City (if they lose) and Liverpool (if they lose) or Arsenal will draw or win to Newcastle and remain at the same position on thetable allowing both Man City and Liverpool to continue to lead.
