I think the expectation on Eric Ten Hag is too high. He actually could bring some changes in Man United squad. He can give a trophy although it is not EPL trophy yet. Everyone knows that Ten Hag successfully leads Man United team to win FA Cup trophy. They could defeat Man City in the final of FA Cup this season. In my opinion, it proves that Man United has a potential to be a stronger team and Ten Hag is a good coach. The problem is they couldn't perform consistently in the whole season, they sometimes missed the points when they play against weak teams. I think this can be solved by Ten Hag if they have more option of good players in the squad. Man United needs to buy some new players and sell unnecessary players. The defense line should be the focus to rebuild before the new season starts. Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelöf, and Jonny Evans aren't necessary to keep in the squad. I really hope Man United will sell these defenders as soon as possible.

Sure, another factor that Ten Hag must be more mature. He must know how to have a good relationship among the players. I don't understand that he can't optimize the ability of some players such as Sancho and Rashford. Sancho is reported to have bad relationship with Ten Hag, he decided to move to Dortmund. Rashford also can't play in his best level anymore. I guess this is about the lack of ability from Ten Hag in giving the motivation to the players.

I'd rather see it as the problems that happened in the coach and players.

Here's my concern regarding united's poor performance at EPL last season.

1. Bad decision making from coach
2. Quality of players.
3. Motivation for the players

We have seen that how united was performing quite better before this season caused by club was able finishing at the top and qualify for the UCL. This time united has showed that how its quality has been dropping so hard like a roller coaster.

Even though united has won FA cup but it can't also deny the fact if united has been also recording the worst achievement ever in its history.

Coach is not the only challenge for Manchester United. Manchester United needs more players to strengthen their squad, the available players seem like they are not strong enough to continue playing football. In my opinion, we can blame Ten Hag because since he refuses to get young players who can improve their games when other teams are busy signing many players, Manchester United will be talking about one player since the Premier League games ended, they have been planning to sign one right back. This season is the worst season for the Red Devils. Because I've never even seen this team ranked so badly before other than this season. To be honest, Ten Hag is indeed an expert in making tactics. But once again, as we talk a lot about here, Ten Hag is not good at maintaining good relationships with players. Even under his management, we also see players competing with each other within the club. What makes the chemistry in this team sometimes goes awry. So I might agree with Ten Hag's decision to be fired. but it really depends on who will replace him. I don't think, coach is the challenge of Manchester united, because Erik Ten Hag really performed well in my own observation in this premier league competition that just ended few weeks ago, and if more chance can be giving to Erik Ten Hag in the next season, I think he will try more than this next season. I disagree with you by saying Aston villa coach is more talented or better than Manchester united coach,  I believe you can still remember the position of Manchester united and Aston villa last two seasons that made Manchester united to ended up in a fourth position and Aston Villa ended up 7th or 10th position. I know Thomas Tuchel is an experience coach that know how to improve a team and I believe he will do well if Manchester united Management want to change Erik Ten Hag, because Thomas Tuchel helped Bayern Munich to get to semi final in the champion league competition in this season.

Why such conclusions about a good season for Manchester United in the Premier League, this season they showed the worst result in the entire history of the club, eighth place for Manchester United is a disaster. And they were just lucky that they were able to beat City in the final, and thus get the title and place in the EL, otherwise this season would have been a complete failure. I don’t doubt that it would be better for the team to change the coach, only the decisions that Manchester United makes regarding coaches (Solskjaer, Ragnik...) these are not the people who can lead the team to big victories, I’m also not sure about Tuchel.

I think City lost to United just to keep Chelsea out of the europa league. I think Guardiola was also angered by Bowley's decision to sack Pocchetino that he decided to lose to United in the cup.
Seriously, Ten Hag's winning percentage is not as bad as Solskjaer, but the only thing is that Ten Hag was given much more money for transfers and he could choose any players he wanted because his credibility was huge. even after he kicked out players during the season the management did not cross him, apparently everyone was waiting for the result, but as a result Manchester finished the season even lower than Chelsea, which last season was struggling to stay in the EPL.

I am 100% certain that Unai Emery is miles and miles better than Erik Tan Hag without a doubt, the comparison isn't even close in my mind, I think it's quite clear that Villa being higher up than United by that much margin proves that Unia Emery is an elite level manager.

I hear that United is interested in Tuchel, which wouldn't be that bad, I do not think that Tuchel would be able to turn this team around that easily, I think it is going to take some time, but I feel like it is not going to be that impossible neither. We will see them do better I think, well usually new managers at United do very well on their first season, and do very badly on their second season, which I think will be the case for United and if they hire Tuchel as well, great first year, terrible second year.

In my opinion, Erik Ten Hag deserves to be kept for at least one more season because he has shown good performance with Manchester United this season by winning the FA Cup despite many players being injured. Therefore, giving him more time and opportunity to develop with Manchester United seems to be a more sensible decision to improve Manchester United performance.

I am also in favor of this thing that Erik should deserve to serve Man u at least for upcoming complete season and after that ManU management decides what to do next in case He and his team didnt perform good.
