I thought Chelsea would at least give us a more interesting game and give Manchester City a tough one for their time but unfortunately the visitors beat them in their own home field. Well am not that surprised on how Chelsea have been in the past few yesterday now, they have practically fall from grace to a mid table team under the leadership of Todd boehly and co, and they are the brain behind it all, why Chelsea have now became a mid table team, it's really sad thinking that upon all this things going on, they are still attempting to sell their best performers last season in the persons of Conor Gallagher and Trevor cholaba.

Manchester City have had another strong start to the pre-season and are looking to perform even better in the new season, but Haaland is likely to set another new record at the moment. Because Haaland has a goal contribution in almost every match, he has a goal contribution early in this match. The Chelsea team subsequently performed much better after halftime, and had 10 shots on goal, compared to 11 by Manchester City. 

Last time I checked, Man City were awful in the pre season tour but managed to give a public humiliation to Chelsea in the friendlies and still thrashed them in their season opener. It's safe to say that Guardiola doesn't take lightly to games that involve clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea or even Man UTD and as such I didn't expect less. There was something I noticed though; it looked like they wanted to panic when in the first ten minutes City hadn't registered a goal and not starting with all his squad, they controlled the game.
 Chelsea like I always say will go far if their owner isn't desperate. We could see him leaving the scene after City netted their second goal and it was quite pathetic that with all the big money he splashed on players, none of them could deliver.
Another thing I feel is making the team underperform is because of how older players are being treated. Imagine demoting your first team players to train with the U21 because of what? Seriously Chelsea as a club under Todd need a reshaping to their thinking else it we'd keep seeing and hearing more sad things.
