Chelsea are really closing on the young talented Goal Keeper Gabriel Slonina. Perhaps he is not their top priority for Tuchel this summer but the young goalkeeper will also serves as backup to Edouard Mendy. If Chelsea probably pushes further, they will definitely sign him rather they have Real Madrid to compete with for the Goal Keeper. But Madrid bid have been turned down for a reason. Although, the Blues tried to sign his during the January transfer, buy they however failed to reach an agreement with. Yes, Chelsea actually have to sign a new center backs for next season, they seem short already in that position with the departure of Rudiger and Christensen, i am yet to see any rumors of any central defender being targeted by Chelsea or linked to the club, maybe Tuchel and his scouting partners are yet to identify a defender of their choice, but it is much better they get on with their summer business early, other title contenders are already stepping things up, and acquiring the players they need in the positions they feel they are lacking. If Chelsea must compete with City and Liverpool next season, then they must make good signings this summer, or else it is going to be a two horse race again.

Harry Maguire should consider himself lucky for even staying for at least one more year. After his terrible performance in the season we have left behind, I wouldn't keep him in the team if I were in Manchester United's place. It would be surprising if people thought Maguire game was good. Everyone can see it with their own eyes, but always provides a blunder for his club, is a threat to his own goalkeeper, and a test for the Manchester United squad in general.
