I don't think so. Antonio Conte had built a team around Romelu Lukaku, that's why he was so succesful in Inter milan. I've heard that this last is going to take for another time Romelu Lukaku in his team, but I don't think

that he will repeat his performance as the last years.

Lukaku played for Man Utd flopped thereafter he was signed by inter Milan, he excel in Seria A by scoring goals, however Chelsea despiration to have a quality striker approached inter milan knowing that his stinct at Man Utd was fruitless thus unperturbed they sign him with a huge sign on fee, unfortunately he was a shadow of his former self in the club having performed below expectations,  I don't think inter Milan is ready to buy him back with such a huge sign on fee except he move on loan or Chelsea will be willing to sell him at a lower sign on fee.
