There is a lot of tension at Manchester United. The relationship between Erik Ten Hag and Sancho is going sour everyday. I don’t even expect the coach to be tendering apology to players who are at fault and are being punished. In Sancho’s case I think it is normal, these things happen in all clubs but what differentiates them is the approach to resolve these conflict by managers. I hope Erik Ten Hag finds a way to resolve this issues and for all parties to be happy in the end.

This is indeed a quite surprising fact if we look at the history of meetings between these two clubs. Because in the last 5 meetings between Brighton vs Aston Villa we can see that Brighton has never won once. Even last season when Brighton was in very good performance at that time. Still, Brighton continues to experience defeats both at home and away.

But in the coming week, when Brighton will face Aston Villa again, I think it is time for Brighton to break the bad results that Brighton had when facing Aston Villa. With Brighton's current performance, Brighton should be the favorite in this match. Pep Guardiola doesn't seem to prioritize winning in this match. Although of course he also doesn't expect to lose. I'm unsure if this discussion thread is an appropriate venue to delve into the Carabao Cup. Yesterday witnessed some truly surprising football outcomes in the matches involving Chelsea vs. Brighton and Manchester City vs. Newcastle. Aside from acknowledging Newcastle's presence in the Champions League, it seems plausible that other teams intentionally opted for early exits to alleviate the burden of participating in numerous competitions throughout the season.

Every experience coach in the EPL would definitely have titles he should priotize and from the manner Manchester City played yesterday night it's obvious Pep Gardiola is one of those coaches that is not interested in the Carobao Cup competition as there are more other serious business to attend to like the UCL and EPL and if players are overworked with many competitions a lot of key players might be affected with fatigue and that's not good. That's why I wasn't surprised at all seeing how Newcastle were kind of dominating the game last night unlike how it were when they played City in the EPL.

For Chelsea they have nothing to worry about and imo they are one of the big teams that will be showing more interest and energy in this competition this season as they have only the EPL with no European competition this season so the Carabao Cup competition is a plus for them. They just have to take the opportunity and if they continue in this winning spirit they have started with Brighton. Last night a few Chelsea players showed some impressive performance and we will love to see same displaced more impressively with results in the EPL too.

But why do we think it's just that cool and easy to chase a player out of a club when they had a misunderstanding with the management. Like, is that how I will run a company with such capitalist ideologies?

I think it boils down to how the club is able to settle it's scores with the player. And since others are advising Sancho to tender an apology to the boss Erik Ten Hag, he should just go ahead and do so, at least for peace to reign between them. Sancho has been since sidelined by Ten Hag in matches and banned from making use of the club's facilities ever since. Earlier this morning, Cristiano Ronaldo also came out to advise Sancho to apologize to Ten Hag after their fallout. A situation that is similar to his own case while he was still with the Red Devils about a year ago.

Ten Hag should work out a better way of managing these players instead of the direct attacks on them through the loud disapprovals and disputes. I see this step as a discredit to the team. Because, the club should not exercise too much supremacy on the players like some supremacist groups.
