With the victory of Manchester City, it is increasingly difficult for Manchester City to catch up with Manchester United who are second in the table.
Especially if Manchester United drop points when they face Brighton, this makes me even more optimistic that Manchester City can get the Premier
League trophy this season. Liverpool's victory proves they are back on the right track, I agree that the race for the Champions League spot is getting
hotter. Especially after Chelsea were defeated by West Brom, giving Liverpool the opportunity to now approach the points that Chelsea have.
The remaining matches in the Premier League will be even more tense to await the results.

There is no doubt...Manchester city will surly get the trophy and the united need a real miracle to reverse the situation...its nor a question of optimism but city played a very good football this year and no one can stop them from getting the trophy

Yes, it looks like they'll win the trophy, and snatch it from Liverpol. Despite their poor start in the league, they were able to be consistent at the end of the league. I really applaud Pep, he is a truly genius coach. This season they still have the chance to win other  EPL trophies.

I'm pretty sure City fans will be getting ready to start singing as Pep is on the brink of winning his third EPL title, I think City will be champions sooner than when they get the 11 points they need to be champions, cause imo, United are going to drop points, which will make City's inevitable walk to the title all the more shorter.

The top four race is by no means settled, from now till the end of the season there could still be major ups and downs/twists and turns, with teams dropping out of the top four spot, every point at this stage is crucial for Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs, westham and the teams trying to cement their position for next season's UCL.

i agree that manchester united will lose points, the next opponents of manchester united are the type of opponents that can surprise and get manchester united to draw, those draws that manchester united has had in the last 6 games have made machester united not farther from leicester, manchester united needs to win in today's game because the next game will be a complicated game against tottenham, mourinho is in a very delicate situation, he will have to say good prayers to win this game against manchester united, it will be a game where I predict a draw and then manchester united will lose points

I mean even with 10 players, Chelsea should be able to defend well against West Brom and 5 goals from West Brom was totally unexpected.

The top four race was amazing now because Chelsea loss from WBA last night and become way for Tottenham, Liverpool and West Ham make close with top four position. Exactly after Leicester loss from Manchester City give more competitive left 9 match for english primer league. How ever Manchester City have guarantee to be champion in this season and Manchester United is not strong to get City position.

From this defeat, Tuchel will have huge works to do if want to secure the 4th position on the table.

TBH Tuchel did a great job, I mean consistently getting at least a point till now is very impressive. Chelsea under Lampard lost of points and Tuchel really did a good job and certainly management must be happy with him doing job so perfectly. Even though yesterday's result was humiliating for Blues but they are enjoying a good run still. Chelsea found a great manager and it was really difficult to make their way back into top 4 again after the series of point drop Blues had earlier under Lampard.

Chelsea failing to win has also opened doors for other teams to fancy a chance to get into the top four and That Liverpool win over arsenal was a game changer which could see them finish in the elite four if they keep winning their remaining games.

I can say that I was expecting Liverpool to defeat Arsenal in this match. But a 3-0 score was not what I expected.    They totally destroyed Arsenal by having a great performance. It was great to watch Jota that he scored 2 goals. Liverpool really needed a win like this. As Chelsea lost their match very badly, they also decreased the point difference with them to 2. But West Ham and Tottenham still haven't played their games so they can get past Liverpool (5th) in the table again.

Spurs will definitely beat Newcastle today, I have no doubt about that!Tomorrow we'll see how West Ham play Wolverhampton... It could well be that Liverpool go down again in the standings... Everton are also a contender for promotion... They've played 28 games!

Liverpool sits at 5th now but I think their Merseyside rival Everton will finish above them this season. It's also interesting to see who will be the top team from London (Arsenal is already out).

Newcastle are giving a huge battle for being able to stay in the Premier League. But their last 6 matches ended with poor results. And Tottenham are at a really close position to be able to qualify for international tournaments. They have a very nice form in the recent times and I expect them to defeat Newcastle with a 1-goal or 2-goal diff.

Newcastle vs Spurs - Both teams to score

It is a very important game for both of these teams. Newcastle are trying not to relegate from the EPL. But I can't say that they are performing very well considering their last results. Tottenham on the other hand have a really decent performance lately. They are fully focused on qualifying for the EL at least. Chelsea's loss against West Brom have made their closest opponents hungrier for a win. I think Tottenham will manage to beat Newcastle.
