Though the situation in Manchester United now is the one of any other person apart from Ole. But there is an indication or link pointing Konte and Zinane as either options to replace Ole.

My Fear
1. Zidane is good and a master class with Only Real Madrid. He has not been tested with other clubs.
2. Konte is good and result oriented, has been tested by many clubs with good results but doesn't last long in any club.

Hiring Zidane could be experimental and Hiring Konte could be an extension of Manchester United management issues since Sir Fergie left . Could this be a dilemma?

Did you manage to see a video of a reporter who was in an interview with Conte handing him a Manchester United jersey?
It was pretty funny if you seen it happen live.
There were a few of United players yesterday and today venting their frustration with the disaster class that happened over the weekend.

Munich players? Are you kidding me! Ole isn't the coach of Bayern Munich FC. He has nothing to do with Munich players. Even, I never heard that Ole ever managed Bayern Munich previously. Do I miss a piece of Ole career information?

I don't know what you are trying to tell us.
However, if Ole is really a good coach, he must be doing well at any club. Not sure how to call him whether he is a good coach or not. I think he needs more years to know how his coaching quality. So far, I didn't see anything that is really impressive during his career as a coach. Maybe in the next 5 years, we can know his capacity.

This is very much expected. Not anyone is interested in Ole again. If not for the money that will be paid Ole if sacked, he would have resigned honorably.

For now Ole should just take a break his emotions would definitely play out in future matches because the tension surrounding his constant losses wouldn't give him the right frame of mind to take his boys on.

Conte he uses 3:5:2 formation or a 5:3:2 formation depending on how tough the game lies but for Zidane his best formation is 4:3:3 and wouldn't be needed for united amidst few strickers

Finding a replacement for Ole is also not an easy matter. There are many coaches available at the moment, but not all of them are good. If the only choices are Zidane and Conte, I think Conte is more suitable for Man United because he has handled Chelsea, so he already knows the style of play in the Premier League.

Zidane is a good coach, and he won a lot of trophies with Real Madrid, but he has no experience coaching the England team. However, if Man United decides to sign Zidane, it's still a better decision than keeping Ole.

I was literally in shock after watching Manchester United against Liverpool last week. I never expected Manchester United to be simply destroyed by Liverpool by 5-0 home. It is true that they were really doing bad till this game. Their alarming condition was going to be a problem for them. But in a special game like this, they should have been much better in defense. What a shame! I wonder if the club will still decide to continue with Ole.

Yes, the defence was poor but I thought that was why they signed Raphael Varane. But defence is every one's responsibility, not only the defenders. The midfielders have their role to play defensively and the attackers too. Look at the game against Liverpool, Christiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes were not marking and do not even mark normally. Ole has set up two central midfielders, Playing two wingers that does not track back. That is out of six only two go help defence. Now Luke Shaw is open against Mo salah and Trent Arnold. How? When Keita noticed that the right wing is free he joined them to go there make them three. Last season he played diamond against big teams. It worked - he won city twice. This season because of Ronaldo he dropped the diamond to accommodate him. I think he needs to sacrifice some players in order to find balance.

Varane wasn't playing, he would have probably helped a bit. But United was defending horribly overall, and the problem starts from the front. Everybody is so supportive of Ronaldo because he scored a few important goals, but he does not work for the team at all. And that's ok if you have 1 player like that in moments of games, but not if you have 2 players like this (Fernandes does this as well) throughout the WHOLE game, if you do teams like Liverpool will rip you apart. Add Pogba to the mix and you have defending situations that Sunday League teams would be embarrassed about.

There are lot of players in Liverpool who can be played apart from the first team as we see in PL. There is Minamino, Origi and in defence they can play Tsimikas and so. In EFL Cup focus of the manager is to usually play the players who doesn't gets much chances and these kind of matches also works out as an opportunity to maybe catch some eye of the manager.

I think Klopp might put 1-2 senior level players just in case to put a check and lead the team.

To be honest Man United was playing frequently before Christiano Ronaldo came. They even finish second last season without Ronaldo. Alex ferguson will be blame for this because he told Man United to bring Ronaldo back and now the team is shapeless. Even with Varane, it would have been the same outcome maybe with lesser goals. But most of the goals came through the right wing were Maguire and Shaw plays. You had an excellent season last year and managed to come out second and qualified for the Uefa champions league. Now Ronaldo came and you did not even look at how he has fitted into other teams he has played and how and why they excelled. Real Madrid and Juventus were playing a 4-3-3 formation because they needed their two sided midfielders to help their wingers defensively since they don't track back. Rashford, Greenwood and Ronaldo leaves a hole in the team and the two Central midfielders can help in everything.

Problems of Manchester United defense come from their system, from defense system to midfield system to protect their defenders. Only Varane can not fix all things because nothing were changed and improved in the midfield's defensive ability.

Arsenal have been playing well since beating Norwich, but the match that Arsenal managed to win was against a team that was still below Arsenal
in quality. Maybe it's only when Arsenal beat Tottenham that I admit it's a good win, Arsenal's remaining victories haven't proved that Arteta is
a good coach. Although Arteta can improve Arsenal's performance, I agree that Arteta is not ambitious enough to lead Arsenal to compete in the top 4.
So I still think Arsenal should replace Arteta with a more ambitious and experienced coach. Because I as an Arsenal supporter want Arsenal to be able

maybe Ole doesn't want CR7. but management from MU wants it. I believe this is not only to increase sales of official merchandise from MU management.
