It's been proven over the years that indeed money do buy success, chelsea and mancity are examples of such, you never can write Newcastle off, might take a couple of years thou to put players together, but they will surely compete at some point.
The best clubs can afford the best players, and that's why they manage to stay top, if they have areas were players aren't performing well, they do have the money to invest and get better players, and that's what makes them a big team and if we're to be honest with ourselves, it's difficult for the small teams to compete cause they do not have the funds to buy quality players and challenge the big teams.

Having said that, money does not immediately bring success to a team, it takes a couple of years and many bad decisions before finally things start working out for the club and they'll slowly put together a formidable team, that's basically what will be the case with Newcastle, I don't see them competing for the league just yet, they will have to be patient and invest wisely after which their club will become attractive for big players to sign for.

everyone always blames Ole in every defeat, I understand a lot of United fans in this forum who are disappointed with the final result in last few matches.  I'm sure Ole has planned the best strategy in this match or in every match.  it's just that the plan doesn't live up to expectations.  It must be admitted that the Foxes are playing much better, and there is still a lot of homework to be done by the United manager and players if they want to become the ruler of England.  sacked ole is not the answer, players have to improve their game and quality if they want to win
Ole is to blame for not winning the match. He does not do his homework properly about the opponent. It seems so. He can't find the opponent's weak point. Moreover, Ronaldo is not performing as expected. He played a completely inactive role in yesterday's match. There are sorts of problems within the Manchester United team. Ole can't find out the problems. He has to mix closely with the players of the team.
Ole's role is very decisive he is responsible for the result of the match this defeat should prove that a team can't rely on someone
On the other hand, Ole's capacity is questionable he has good players but can't work together like he should it means something is wrong with the strategy

You are right. Ole can't work properly. There is no shortage of talented and experienced players in the squad. Even then their performance is not satisfactory. They are not able to play well even against a weak team. Their teamwork is not going well. The team is probably becoming dependent on Ronaldo and they are not able to win because Ronaldo is not playing well.

Tottenham's Harry Kane and Son are not doing well. At the same time, their defense is terribly bad this season. They have scored 8 goals and conceded 11 goals in 8 matches. Very bad defense. Against a weaker team like Newcastle today, Tottenham conceded a goal in just 2 minutes. If Tottenham can't improve their defense, they could be in the top five in the points table.

Today start was very exciting between Newcastle vs Tottenham in very early minutes home team leads by goal through Wilson, but sadly they are now down by 1 - 2 as Tottenham response is also very aggressive now we have end of first half and score is same. I am feeling today Newcastle is going to lose this match because visitors are much better in quality today Kane is also on fire as he has done good goal for them.

Peoples are very furious about this takeover, and they want very quick results which are not available because right now few big players and coaches are not available, so It's going to take some long time for Newcastle as a good club in England and Europe.

There has been an interruption at the Newcastle - Tottenham game, a fan collapsed in the stands. Reguillon was first to react, Dier immediately called the medical team and it appears that their fast reaction helped the fan whose heart has stopped. Apparently the fan is in the hospital and outside of danger, it remains to be seen whether the game will resume or not.

Amazing reaction from the Tottenham players, well done.

Well deserved away win for Westham against Everton, the whole match was boring for me, I actually played it over 2.5 thinking it would be a goal exciting Match, but it seems Everton wasn't ready for us to have an exciting game, Westham dominated Everton both halves although when they get into the box Everton always has the antidote to counteract their attack. I think the game ended fairly with all it took was a goal for Westham to get three points at Goodison park against Everton.

Quite a dull match in my opinion. I also didn't expect the match to be a large number of goals or an exciting one either. Everton is not a good enough team like they were 2 or 3 years back. I was a neutral fan in this matchup and Westham won by the only goal scored by Angello Ogbonna in the 74th minute. Other than that, there was hardly any exciting moment in the match.

^  It’s going to be kinda exciting seeing Newcastle United trying to escape relegation starting in January.  I wonder which players are gonna come on board and try to keep the club from going down.

They are already losing 1-3 at home to Tottenham in the first half and I don't seem them coming back into this game, they're still Newcastle, and nothing has changed. If they don't stay out of the relegation zone before the new transfer window (January), I don't think anything will change. Even if they are able to sign some decent players in January, they won't be able to perform miracles if the team is already 10 points behind

Their main objective is to keep off from the relegation zone.

this is weird that you used local language in here, it is not a local board.

@Coyster, It is true that money won't bring success overnight. A team needs time to build up and most importantly, form chemistry. What I estimate is that Newcastle will buy quality players within the next 3 seasons, and maybe after the 4th season, we will see them dominate European football and be a threat to all the top-tier teams. But expecting trophies from the next season will be a foolish idea.

BIG WINNER!

Their main objective is to keep off from the relegation zone.

Yeah.. no brainer in that. I think there wouldn't be change in their run anytime soon but I think some major squad changes might occur in January transfer window. Not sure if that would help them improve their performance but they would be in the right course towards improving their squad. And btw they have already have some good transfer targets like Coutinho and so but making that deal final is what matters in that is where I doubt them they would get some big names. It would be hard to convince some big names in my opinion.

As for today's match, we had first match of real contribution from Harry Kane today and an assist in Son's goal so good sign for Spurs and Nuno.

The game that I've enjoyed the most so far is Leicester - Manchester United. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to watch this many goals in this game. It is true that both of these teams are quite capable of scoring many in terms of their lineup qualities. But still, I expected 2 or 3 goals. We watched insane goals that's for sure. The goals that I was delighted with the most were Greenwood's and Tielemans' goals. We watched even 2 goals in only one minute also. I believe that Leicester completely deserved this victory. I was expecting Manchester United to have a difficulty but not a result like this. They are really in a terrible condition.

I think this happened to Man United, because they have a lot of national team players. Almost all of them had very competitive games and returned quite worn out. Then we are talking about the English Premier League. Even the clubs considered smaller, have the capacity to face the ones that are considered bigger. Let's not forget that Leicester just a few years ago managed to win the Premier League. Of course, the team is not the same, and it will hardly happen again soon, but it is still a team capable of fighting the main candidates, as was the case.

Yesterday was a nice bright football day, the teams entertained us with a lot of goals. Too bad my rate didn't go through, i thought it was the most likely one to go through namely Norwich did not lose. The best match of the tour is Villa - Wolves!

Do you believe it is time for S. Bruce to end his career (fired) as Newcastle United coach after this match?
S. Bruce has not been able to give his best for Newcastle so far because he always fail to win all the match he plays. Especially in the EPL, Newcastle have lost 5 (including today) and drawn 3 and only collected 3 point in 8 match. They failed to keep themselves out of the relegation zone as it was clear Tottenham were no match for them. So I think it's time for Newcastle to get a replacement for S. Bruce so that this team can get out of the relegation zone and stay in the EPL next season so as to convince a lot of players to join them next season.

Unsatisfactory results as people expected regarding Newcastle expectations. Everything takes a process and nothing magical overnight. The reshuffle at the beginning of next year they have to think more carefully to get out of the pressure of the league.
Newcastle must have players who are able to present a different style of play. Regarding their match which was stopped because one of the spectators was shocked for some reason, I think this is an obstacle. Either way, the result of 1-3 is enough to teach Newcastle a lesson to think even harder.

The main candidates for the Newcastle head coach role
Gerrard, Lampard and Fonseca among the candidates.

They have already started working on modalities to find new coach and managers for the team. It will be the first step of thousand miles journey. As Newcastle is not in very good shape left by previous owner and management. I personally will love to see Gerrard, taking over as coach.

Could the Newcastle revolution start today?? Huh Cry
Well, they still have the same players that have 3 points from 7 games. They can’t buy anybody until January so I think they need to try & avoid being in a relegation battle before they start talking about starting a revolution.

I will be cheering Spurs on. Had enough of small clubs getting bought by Oil States.
And a coach will be sacked in 3..2..
Newcastle 2 - 3 Spurs, I find it personally an interesting result, at least they scored 2 (1 OG well) goals and ended up with a 1 goal difference defeat. Meanwhile they are getting deep in the relegation zone. The oily money might save them next mid-season but it will be a harder mission if they continue their free fall.

Harry Kane and Heung Min Son scored today. Although the match was won 3-2. Tottenham have conceded two goals against a weaker side like Newcastle. Still I'm happy because Son and Kane are probably back in form. Tottenham's key players are Kane and Son. The team relies heavily on these two players to score goals. When they return to form the team will actually be much stronger. Tottenahm's position in the points table is now above that of Manchester United.

at least not yet

Newcastle United 2 - 3 Tottenham

it was a good game, I watched it and I was happy with tottenham's performance, although tottenham's defense made some mistakes, but in the end they won and I made a profit.

Harry Kane and Heung Min Son scored today.

when Harry Kane scored a goal I was worried because I thought I was offside, luckily the goal was validated
