Chelsea have lost the form they were in,and are now settling for draw.They are still sitting third,but if care is not taken,they might lose their place to Arsenal who are more hungry to be in top four this season.

Arteta really want to be in top four and together with the boys are doing everything possible to be above Chelsea who are now dwindling in performance each day.
The top four finish this year is really going to be tough.

It's an understatement if Chelsea continues to regress. Just because it's a draw doesn't mean its position in the top 3 isn't threatened. As you said, there are Arsenal who are hungry for that position. Even so, Chelsea still have points, but points that are stagnant will be used as material for the clubs below to take advantage of the situation. you guys keep forgetting in this discussion that Chelsea lost three !! key players due to Corona and they are far from losing their rank 3 in the table. Let's see where they are in 3 weeks from now. I bet that they will recover from this streak and win their 3 points again. It is still a very balanced team with a strong offense and a very strong defense. Only because the results aren't as good for 2 weeks or so doesn't mean that they are out of the competition.

I don't know if I we say that Thomas Tuchel team have lost their charisma of winning games with ease or the covid 19 virus that have affected some key players in the team have disabilize them, because they are now dropping point from where they should not been dropping point. against wolve they look very ordinary and if they continue like this they will struggle to make the top four.

Actually, Liverpool still continues to be present in Manchester City's own league, and Chelsea is not so catastrophically behind. At least, I would be very surprised if Manchester City lost points with Newcastle, but there is much less surprise about Liverpool's draw with Tottenham. By the way, Newcastle repeated the anti-record of the Premier League from Ipswich Town from 1994 in terms of the number of goals conceded in a calendar year, which is already 79 goals.  But let's not forget that Newcastle have 2 more matches left to play this year. Chelsea's performance is currently disrupted due to Omicron and also a storm of injuries that still haunts some of its players.
So far, actually, if you look at the game with a lot of second-tier players, it's actually not bad because some of their core players like Cante or even on the front lines like Havertz haven't even been seen in the last few games due to his injury.
I feel when the players recover actually their performance will improve again but I think to be able to compete for the title will be very difficult. because Liverpool was an example of the same last season as this one

With the way Manchester city is playing once again, its safe to say that these guys can actually win it for this season has the likely contenders such as Chelsea seem to have been dropping points to be taken as serious contenders. And forgetting that city are the defending champions of the EPL i really  don't see any more fight coming from teams like Liverpool, chelsea etc who were on top when city was made to work to get back up....and now that they are on top,there is no catching them.

Today Tottenham did give Manchester city  breathing space. Tottenham started the match with a goal . Its had for Manchester city to score more goals. I think Tottenham defence is Very hard for Manchester city .

you are wrong, Tottenham against Liverpool while man city against Newcastle. it was a good match, I like how both teams attack each other. but it's a shame that Tottenham was only able to hold Liverpool to a draw at home, even though I was initially very sure that Tottenham could win but Jota and Robertson made Tottenham fail to win.

with Liverpool's current form and with the score and style of play that is presented actually this is something that is good for tottenham even though they can only make the final result a draw.
On the other hand, I actually regretted Tottenham's game at the last minute because they actually had a chance after winning in the number of players.

Yes a red card in the 77th minute Tottenham should be able to take advantage of that opportunity but unfortunately no. This season at the start of the league arsenal played very badly but after the mid-half of the season the surprises came and now arsenal is in 4th position. This is a surprise from the magic of the EPL.

Tottenham are lucky to have such an experienced coach and so far Conte has given good results for the teams under his care, maybe for this season their target is to be able to play in the UCL, but three games postponed will definitely be quite tough for them because it will make their schedule become congested.

The squad lineup by Chelsea against Wolves is formidable enough, I don't think Thomas Tuchel has any excuse for attributing his lacklustre performance to the absence of covid-19 infested players, he had earlier called for the postponement of the match which was rejected, Chelsea has loss form that is take on this issue, the likes of James, Rudiger, Kante, Mount, Ziyech etc these are quality players that is capable of defeating any EPL mid table team, the manager should try and improve on his team for him to compete with the other clubs.

Surely there was a good and fair chance for Tottenham to have all three points, but they fail to do this. As it's not easy for any team to have all full points against Liverpool but still this was very good and interesting match mostly Liverpool was on fire but recently after arrival of Conte Tottenham is also doing very decent and have very fair chance for staying at top rank teams for next year Champions League spot.

But, one thing is also now creating some problems for English clubs as many players are getting positive just because of this Covid new variant, let's see what is outcome of this all because this can hit very badly to all teams, or even it's all schedule of this English Premier League.

One thing interest me a lot, it's the partnership between the both players.
Talking about Harry Kane and Son,they have a very good understanding last season..seems to be back under Conte.
Once harry Kane start scoring like this it's gon be problematic for defender's to handle and contain him.

I didn't expect Chelsea to just draw. They controlled the game, they had more shots. They should have won by a two-goal margin. They lost a lot of players. What suprise me more in the game between Tottenham Vs Liverpool is how the spurs defence contain Mohamed Salah, he was not a threat in that game,Ben Davies and the young Ryan sessegnon where phenomenon handling the Egyptian especially Davies he has improved his game since Antonio Conte arrive, the three man defence is good for him and Eric Dier too.

We are seeing a completely different Spurs team under Conte from the one we saw at the start of the season. I like the way the players mentality seem to have been charged up and right now they have their fighting spirit once again. Can't wait to see them play Chelsea in January.
