It's quite humbling a result Man United got from Man City last weekend if you ask me.

Did anyone ever hoped for something different? I guess the answer to that is definitely NO!

The best Manchester United would have gotten put of that fixture is a draw and a draw would do no good to Pep Guardiola especially with the way Arsenal is going at there games. I never expected them to hold the top spot so far but they continue to have good results in there games. Beating Spurs by 3 goals to 1 was so not expected and the only chance Spurs had in the game to get a consolation goal was a penalty. Against an underrated Arsenal from 2 seasons back, that's ridiculous but the current reality.

Now Manchester City realises the competition as it is and haven't gotten so close, having a large gap in between is not an option as that could also create space for other teams to become serious rivals. Manchester United need to size themselves up as per performance/form and am sure they got it.

I agree with you Manchester United played better in the second half than they did in the first half maybe if they started the game in such tempo and strength they wouldn't have conceived that number of goals in the first half and for the fact that Manchester United could score three goals in the game it would have been a 50:50 game for both teams but they failed to put a good performance in the first half and unluckily for them they fell 4 goals down already before the wake up and it was already too late to come back in the game.

If Manchester United had scored 6 goals in the second half and at least played a draw in this match, then it would still be possible to say something positive about the team's game in the third half of the match, or at least United would not have conceded two more goals after their goal and at least played a decent 4-3. However, even for a loss with a minimum score in football, three points are not given, so the result would still be negative. Therefore, only the subsequent Manchester United matches will be able to show whether the team can hold a blow, that it was just an unfortunate misunderstanding and the team got out of the crisis. Or this loss will again plunge Manchester United into a black streak from which the team has started to get out of it recently. In any case, it is not necessary to draw far-reaching conclusions from this defeat and MU still has a lot of time to join the fight for at least a place in the Champions League.

At least, they did not go down without a fight. But a loss is still one and they would have managed to climb 5th if they had secured the three points.

Manchester city really prove to Manchester united that they still remain unbeatable in this season by scoring 4 goals in the first half to prepare the mind of their fans that they will defeat Manchester united, which they did at the end of the match. Despite, the players marking the Haaland not to score any goal , but he still achieved 3 goals from the match to let people know that he still remain among the best strikers in this premier league competition. I think, Manchester united coach need to work on their defense before their remaining matches, because their defense was very weak for Manchester city strikers to have access easily to score 6 goals to defeated Manchester united.

Leicester's victory in my opinion is good for the mentality of the team. but in that game, to be honest, their game still didn't develop well.
previously Leicester was destroyed by Tottenham and Brighton. Getting a win from a team that is both in the relegation zone in my opinion is mandatory for Leicester. that is if they want to stay in the Premier League next season.

Great return to the truck Leicester City. They won against Nottingham Forest by 4-0. This is Leicester City's first win of the season. They are still in the relegation zone. Their main weakness was their defense. They conceded 22 goals in 7 matches. Leicester's attacking players are very talented. But due to poor defense, they are at the bottom of the points table. Leicester finally has out from poor performance period and this is a precious victory for them especially they get this at their home ground and i can see Leicester players looks comfortable to playing and leading 3-0 in the first half makes Leicester looks enjoyed and dominated the game and i know they still struggle to avoid relegated zone but at least this is good step from them and there is a hope for Leicester to survive on Premier League this season and for next weekend they also will fight against another promotion team Bournemouth and Rodgers targeted 3 points from this match

That first half was an absolute shambles. I was totally speechless. Every single player including the Goalkeeper De Gea were disgracing. You can’t even make 5 successful passes, if they had put in effort from the very first minute, it would never have ended this way. Ten Hag needs to learn, you can dominate Manchester city with possession, and if you decide to go counter attacking, make sure you have standby defensive midfielders to bail you out in the midfield when your attackers lose the ball. Ten Hag didn’t set up his team well. He will learn.

Leicester city didn't hold back after thrashing Nottingham Forest 4 nil in the game at the the king power stadium, the opponents had their chances but they fail to scored. There's so many actions in the game but with Maddison incredible performance and his stunning free kick was superb. There was a big work of excellence for Brendan Rodgers who took his first winning for the Foxes. Nottingham might turn back to the championship if they don't come up on time because as points stand, they're bottom on the premier league table.

Leicester finally found the win they needed after many weeks. This was their first win in the season and it was a really solid one. This 4-0 win over Nottingham was the game they were the best in defense so far. Because their main problem has been related to the weakness of their defense so this win might help them improve their performance as of now. I know that they played against another poor team of the league. But I still don't want to underestimate this win for them. They need to keep up a good work to get themselves out of the relegation zone.

Leceister City win against Nottingham Forest will bring a temporary relief to their fans and their owners, the club isn't in the best of form probably due to lack of depth of the club, their owner didn't not bankroll the club to sign new players in the last summer after selling some of their quality players, meanwhile Nottingham Forest had too many signings and the team isn't formidable yet, Steve Cooper has a lot of work to do to in transforming the club from losing matches after their fifth straight defeats back to their winning ways else he will be shown the exit door congratulations to Leceister City for their first win of the season.

4 goals to nill is a big win for Liecester. At the moment the burden has left Liecester to Nottingham forest who made a world record signing of 20+ players. It will be a shame if they are relegated after singing that big numbers of players. The club may consider changing a coach.

Yeah, it has never been ideal having 20+ new players in team with record transfers for a season and right now you are at the bottom of the league table because here both factors are going to be true first you have no idea about players skills and just done these all signings without any update secondly coach is completely fail to bring system which help these players to perform good specially when you are in English Premier League where challenge is very tough and nothing going to help you if you are having no enough quality and skills for competing with opponents.

Nottingham Forest is surely going to be relegated because right now things are not looking good and gape is going to be widening which is not good and with current form this can go worst because after break now things are more threatening and teams are giving their best for staying at middle and top.

The winning didn't make much difference, atleast it was able to lift them from 20th position to 19th position. It also lifted them from having 1 point to having 4 points. Among all it has given them confidence and courage to fave their next match against Bournemouth which I believe they have the capability to win. By next match they could be aiming to leave the relegation zone if Nottingham and Wolves will remain in their poor performance. Wolves have changed their coach and they can start to do well. But Liecester after facing Bournemouth next week has Crystal Palace to play the upper week which will be a very difficult match for them.

Quarter into the season and very few would have predicted the table standings so far, the top 4 in particular and the order in which they are arranged.

Arteta has been dong an amazing job with the Arsenal boys and have shown class against a top team in Tottenham over the weekend. A big test next Super Sunday against struggling Liverpool would mean a lot for both teams. For Liverpool, a loss could confirm them not to be title contenders this season before they even play their recurrent title rivals City the next Sunday, and for Arsenal, a victory would show them out to be real title contenders this season.

Brighton have been the surprise package so far in this season. A change in the managerial seat was the only thing that looked to stop their form, but that seems not to be the case.

Over at Merseyside, Everton are finally finding their foot, but have a tough run of matches to look forward to.
