Tottneham Hotspur have had a bad series, they will have to win a bit more if they seriously want to claim a high final ranking in this season. So far it doesn't seem that way. Just think that Newcastle is still too volatile at the moment for the entire season.

I see only this advantage Chelsea has, and both will be desperate to take the full three points from this clash. The result will be no draw but win or lose for both. By the way, Tuchel is overrated. 

To tell the truth, I don't think Tuchel is an overrated manager.

He is one of the very successful Chelsea managers so far. They won the Champions League title not much time after he was brought to the job for example. Maybe they couldn't show the same performance when it comes to the Premier League title. The last time they won the PL title was the 2016/17 season with Conte. But still Tuchel was doing a really good job with Chelsea in general. The reason why he was sacked wasn't related to the bad start to the season either. I think Chelsea would have recovered quicker under Tuchel's management. But hopefully they will get used to Potter in time.

Manchester City dominated the game in the first half. They were able to make it difficult for the hosts to develop their game. But there were no goals scored in the first half. Erling Haaland had difficulty developing the game because he received a fairly tight escort from the Chelsea defense. Manchester City will try hard to minimize the points behind Arsenal. the chelsea and manchester city matches will be big matches that are difficult to predict the final results. Erling Haaland must be able to surprise this match by presenting his first victory after the world cup break. pep guardiola really hopes that his team will appear aggressive in the match against Chelsea but after I saw several opportunities that were wasted in vain in the first half maybe Manchester City will have difficulty stealing full points at the Stamford Bridge stadium in this ongoing match. Sterling and Pulisic had to be pulled out early, maybe it will be a factor for Chelsea in this match, but Graham must be able to make changes to the scheme in the second half.

It is obvious that man city is not at there best now but how wish Chelsea will eventually wins this match so that Arsenal could win the Premier league. I still don't know why Chelsea had been losing so many opportunities that should have led to a goal. I hope the second half would be more better than this looking at the missed goals Chelsea had. I don't believe Chelsea will be able to hold Manchester city for this long, I was expecting goal from Manchester city right from the first half, Chelsea is playing more of a defensive game, which Manchester city haven't being able to break, Chelsea's performance in the first half is not really bad, if they can countinue like this, it will be very difficult for Manchester city to score them, seriously the second half of the match will be very tough and interesting, I just hope the match won't end as draw from the way the two clubs are playing.

well, Several times the opportunity was obtained by Chelsea. and actually a few games after the break this season we saw a lot of surprising match results. i.e. the team that has more possession of the ball but does not get many opportunities tends to lose. and conversely, the team that doesn't have much possession of the ball but is always able to make an effective counter-attack is the one that actually has a chance to win. in the premier league we see a lot of games like that after the break this season. The team that has more possession of the ball loses. But I hope Manchester City can strengthen their defense. because in the first half Manchester city focused more on the attack line. and the back line has several gaps.

I don't know if it's just me or maybe everyone feels it, but the match in the first round was actually quite monotonous and a little boring for a big match.
This match has minimal chances, I don't think there is any caution going on or if this is part of the strategy of the two teams. But if the second half is still like this, of course this is a little detrimental for Manchester City because their target is still to get 3 points.

I see some people who are saying that Manchester City dominated the first half. But there was no such thing truthfully.

Chelsea were beyond the expectations and they were a big threat to their opponent during the first half. There was even a shot hit the goal post and it was a really big goal opportunity for Chelsea. Chelsea were quite good at defending so far also. In the second half Manchester City need to improve their performance much more. There isn't a weak Chelsea in front of them now. They need to have the full control of the match somehow otherwise another point loss might be at their door.

The second half restarted and there were 2 changes for Manchester City but interestingly it looks like in this case City's defensive performance was not very satisfactory for Pep in the game that took place.
They strengthened their defense a bit but with this condition the chances are clear that they also still want to win while still applying the same pattern in terms of attack.
The 1 point that Arsenal got before shouldn't be wasted on Manchester City closing the gap at this time and they have to win no matter what. But on the other hand Chelsea is also still quite good until the second half of this match begins.
