Chelsea should just focus on qualifying for the Champions League somehow. It is not likely to do it by winning the Champions League this season obviously. We need to be realistic. There is no performance that has such potential by them. Tuchel's Chelsea were able to make big surprises for example. They won the Champions League title when not many people were giving them a chance for that. Potter doesn't know the team that much and doesn't have a strong bond with the players yet.

They can do this only by finishing the season in top 4 which is also a very difficult task to perform. The point difference with the 4th place is getting bigger by every game week - 10 points now. Honestly I don't think they will make it.

This  is the perfect time for this Derby meeting. Manchester City humiliated Manchester United in the first leg and I believe the returning leg will be a revenge mission.
Manchester United form is growing every match and the confidence level of the team is growing well.
Although Manchester City is still a very good team anyway but the score line will not be like what was seen during their last meeting.

It's gonna be a tough game given how City are playing since the restart. Even last game was kinda close and City could have dropped another 2/3 points in that one. United have a good chance to surprise but City will be hoping to improve their form and what's more fitting than a Derby game so yeah timing is perfect but it's the same for City as well. Crucial game for both the teams.

I see things differently here, let me say that Man City is still adjusting to the post-World Cup plays, they played well with Chelsea on Thursday though, only that they could do better. And seeing the latest performance of Man U, I bet that they (Man City) will give it a better fight, they can't afford Man U to close on them more than what has been done on the table.

Furthermore, I am beginning to be surer that Man U would likely displace Newcastle from the third spot in their next EPL match, so the threat is becoming more for Man City and they will fight tougher when they meet. Nonetheless, it's when you trust Man U the most that they will disappoint you.

Yes that is what I am expecting also. About City's previous game it's just that their 1st half was very poor. Chelsea were having equal share of possession and moving the ball better and nicely as compared to City. Chelsea had quite some  close chances in the first half. I think even Haaland had his first touch in 16-17th minute. De Bruyne was loosing the ball,  Foden wasn't able to create a good amount of pressure and eventually Guardiola had to make changes after the first half. I am sure Guardiola must have screamed on players a lot. That half was way behind what was expected from City.

Erik ten Hag got into a battle with Cristiano Ronaldo and won it. They have won their last 7 matches. They had 8 wins in a row at Old Trafford. They have an amazing performance. All the statistics show that their condition is improving. I think Manchester United will get better momentum now. Time has shown who was right.

To be fair they were winning some of those games when Ronaldo was still there as well, but they kept on winning after he left as well. It's just clear that we are talking about a team that had no plans for Ronaldo, and they are doing fine because they were ready to get him out in the end. All in all I am sensing that they are going to play well this year, but will play even better next year because they will be even more ready.

Just need to players and that's it, more would be great but if they get a great centre back, and get a great striker, that would be more than enough. However, if they could get a good midfielder as addition, or even a good right back, that should be good too.

The probability of a Manchester City win is higher than a draw or a Manchester United win, I think you will admit that too. However, considering that Manchester City have several tough matches during January against Chelsea in two different competitions (Premier League & FA Cup), I think Manchester City will experience a slight decline in performance.

The reason I think is the fatigue of the players. Manchester City have played quite a bit since the World Cup so far, that's about 4 games against Liverpool, Leeds, Everton and Chelsea. Meanwhile, Manchester City also has 2 matches in the EFL Cup and FA Cup before meeting Manchester United in the Premier League. So it's only natural that I think about player fatigue for the Manchester derby. While Manchester United also has few matches before meeting Manchester City, but it's not a very tough match.

I believe that Manchester City will win the game without any problems, even if they are struggling at the moment, but against Manchester United they will perform better and everyone here will agree that if City play well, they will win. In the first leg, Manchester United was completely destroyed because even then, Manchester United lost at half time with a score of 4-0. But even though at that time Manchester United was very chaotic, with Manchester United still scoring three goals in the second half it proved that Erik ten Hag did have a good ability to build quick strategies in matches.
So yes, I personally also think that in the next match it looks like Manchester United has a good chance to take revenge by beating Manchester City.

But yes, after all to beat Manchester City still won't be easy even though Manchester United will be playing at home. Because as far as I'm aware Pep Guardiola is also able to make his squad play well against big teams especially since this is a big match derby.
At least at this moment we also believe in the quality that Erik ten Hag has, so I'm pretty sure Manchester United will be able to win this match. But if that doesn't happen, at least I'm sure that even if Manchester United don't win, Manchester United won't lose.

Because Manchester United's performance is so good, it is never wrong to expect a good game for the two Manchester teams. Nonetheless, I believe Manchester City is a team that is still difficult to compete against under any circumstances because they have enough players with good quality. I have one hope for Manchester United, they can be expected after the positive trend at the moment.

Even so, I think Manchester City will also be expecting 3 points from Manchester United as they are trying to catch Arsenal at the top of the table. There is no other way, Manchester City have to do their best but I hope Manchester United manage to hold them.

There were some interesting things in this match such as De Gea's mistakes and 2 goals from Conor Coady to equalize and an own goal. On the other hand, there are things that are more interesting when you see Rashford's performance in this match. 1 Assist and 1 goal but also has an important role for Coady's second goal in his own goal.
Indirectly, Manchester United's three goals in this match were thanks to Rashford's excellent movement.

I don't really know what you are imagining but i hope things works out just has you have it in your head. No matter how much city struggle with their performance United can never win a derby with them not with their current form. The last derby both played we saw how Haaland got his comfortable hat trick and that happened to be the highest goal City scored this season. I just hope the same scenario doesn't repeat itself.

Ten Hag has come some length with his team of late. Even in the FA Cup from yesterday's game, they did manage a 3:1 win over Everton with the ever inform M. United finally found a coach to lift this team up and Rashford came back. Rashford and Greenwood got us very excited at first. Rashford was out of shape because of the coaches playing the position, and Greenwood was lost by his own stupidity. If Ten Hag gets the transfers he wants and sets up his own team, the United we miss will come back. The rumours about the potential transfers seem good for rest of the season. I don't know how far they can go on Europa League, but they might have a good result this season in the Premier League.
