Big coaches need time at their new clubs too and Potter needs more time in Chelsea. Chelsea should give him more time but because he is not a big coach so chance for him to succeed in Chelsea with more time is smaller. I can't say more time will be enough for Potter to succeed but if Chelsea readily give him more time, I can watch Chelsea performance and wait for good improvement from Potter for his club.

The decision to sack Graham Potter too soon in my opinion will not make Chelsea rise under a new coach. The Premier League is very different from other leagues, if you watch every game often, how can Brentford beat Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool. Brighton beat Manchester United, Chelsea and Everton, there are several other bottom-of-the-table clubs capable of shocking the Premier League. I mean every coach who comes to the Premier League takes time to fix a club, one and two years is a very short time to see his coaching success. It would take Graham Potter much longer to get Chelsea back on track for a title race, if the management gave him a few years to improve, but I doubt the Chelsea management will do that.

If anyone compares Pep Guardiola's success in the second season it is clearly different, he came to Manchester City in a stable club condition and only continued a few touches and was supported by large capital to bring in the players he wanted. Jose Mourinho and Ancelotti, who have successfully handled other clubs, also experienced difficulties when coaching Premier League clubs and ended with dismissal.

I never believed in the idea of sacking Tuchel, inspite of the difficult he was having then. Tuchel is a great coach and every coach has it own worse time. That was ,what Tuchel was going through till he was sacked. 

Graham Potter, is a good coach at his level of managing small team and not elite club like Chelsea. Because Graham Potter has not been tasted in any elite club before. The trust Chelsea management had on Graham Potter if given to Tuchel,the club would've bounce back.

I think, Todd Boehly. Is just playing ethnic politics in the club. If Graham Potter was a foreigner he would have sacked him. But because he's an English man, he is still managing him.
The club is going down, they have no hope to play in champions league next season because they can't really meet up to top four at the end of the league with Graham Potter as coach.

Undoubted, the squad has injury problem, which is the major issues Graham Potter is facing too. But beyond that he's not good enough to manage chelsea.The club is bigger than him.

The latest rumour from Potter situation is Chelsea owner will not rush to sacked him this because they want to see more whether Chelsea can more develop in the next few matches or not and the indicator why Boehly still believe in Potter because while train Brighton he can makes this team performing well and what he needs is time to process but i think it clearly wrong if Boehly compared Brighton to Chelsea because while in Brighton the pressure is not same as Chelsea and in Chelsea the fans want this team always be win for each matches and joined for race title for every seasons

Seeing that Chelsea condition is getting worse, of course you don't rule out the possibility of fighting Fulham, the results will not be too surprising. Whether you lose or win, Chelsea still has a lot of work to do. The cast whose composition was not up to par only impacted Potter's career. I'm not even sure Potter can survive such poor results. unfortunately chelsea has to meet manchester city in the FA cup and EPL when their performance is not good enough, i think chelsea must really fix this successive defeat and don't need to blame only the coaches but also fix their players, because UCL will start soon Chelsea will face Dortmund and they have to really fix it before playing Dortmund

Chelsea has had an unfortunate season. They suffered a close defeat to Manchester City a few days ago at Stamford Bridge. I do not think many people are willing to bet on the Blues in advance of their FA Cup match with Manchester City again. Absolutely not at Etihad Stadium, where they continue to struggle and were losing numerous players to injuries. However, the loss of 0-4 was extremely disappointing. The first match that happened in EPL is a bit better rather than the second round that was happening in the FA cup. I can see that chelsea can do nothing against city at the first round. Most Chelsea players are not available most to injuries and which have affected Chelsea's performance seriously the most annoying part is seeing how boastful man city fans are especially having Haaland the goal machine on their team, the fact is man city is good. Chelsea wasn't desperate to find any suitable replacement for Tuchel. And Thomas Tuchel performance wasn't as woeful as being said. As at when he was sacked, other coaches like Klopp was having and is still having a bad rough season.
The reason why Tuchel was sacked is highly connected with his inability to sign Ronaldo from Manchester United. Every other story is just a cover up.

But actually, right after Tuchel was replaced by Graham Potter, we could see that Chelsea had improved quite a bit. 9 matches without defeat but only 3 draws and 6 wins. However, after Chelsea lost to Brighton, it seems that Chelsea's performance since then has really gotten worse. It was as if there was another problem within the club. Of course we know that Chelsea is lacking superior players. But it shouldn't be as bad as it is now. At least in the next game Chelsea will face Fullham. and I hope Chelsea can return to show their best performance in the match later.

If results still do not come after the next couple of games it is only natural to sack Graham but I think that if Chelsea cannot achieve the objective of being in the top 4 teams they should give Graham time as he did not have enough time where we can see his touch,so they can leave him at managing Chelsea for up to the end of the next season,this I think would be the best for the Chelsea owners and high management team.

I think they are critically thinking on what to do with the situation going on and I think the next couple of games will be crucial to the decision they will take,either sack Graham or extend his contract and give him the belief he needs.

Arsenal are still on a positive note even though last week they were only able to draw at home to Newcastle. Tottenham started the league again with a slight stumble because they had to lose against Aston Villa at home, but in the next match they were able to win again when they crushed Crystal Palace. Arsenal are coming to extend their fine run, but Tottenham will not want to be humiliated in front of their own public.
