The Manchester derby is the most awaited game of the week undoubtedly. Manchester United have a nice advantage of playing in Old Trafford. They have been quite successful against big teams here this season. Manchester City are one of the toughest opponents of course but we never know. ten Hag would like to keep the same game plan against Manchester City as well.

The match could have an unexpected outcome due to Manchester United's recent recovery from the World Cup break.

Manchester United is currently in fourth place in the Premier League table, while Manchester City is in second place; both teams are looking for three points in this game.
Manchester United will be looking to stay in fourth place, while Manchester City will be looking to catch up with Arsenal in the title race. I'm not sure who to bet on because I know how badly both teams want the three points.

Arsenal are also playing a tough game this week so this is very important for Manchester City to have a chance to catch up. But it feels like Manchester United will somehow manage to get at least one point in this.

It is an opportunity for Manchester City to catch up to Arsenal, as well as for Arsenal to widen the points gap if they win against Tottenham. Although the match will be difficult for Arsenal because they have a history of losing away to Tottenham, due to Arsenal's form and how they played the first leg, Arsenal has a chance to win due to how poorly Tottenham has performed in their recent matches following the World Cup.

I really can't believe this. Currently Manchester City is playing against Southampton in the EFL. And look at how Southampton was able to score 2 goals through counterattacks. And Manchester city's defense really looks fragile. even though Manchester city continued to attack and dominated the match. but it seems that Southampton took advantage of Man City's carelessness, which was too focused on attacking. by watching this match I doubt whether Man City will be able to play well against MU. In fact, in this match, Man City underestimated their opponent too much.

yeah that's right. 2 goals behind in the first half by Southampton really surprised anyone who watched it. even though as we know now Manchester city is in its best condition. Even Chelsea had to lose 2 times in a row by Man City. But unexpectedly, it turns out that Southampton can actually overwhelm Man City in this match. and indeed Man City looks very difficult to penetrate Southampton's defense. and it was Southampton's counterattack that endangered the Man city back line. I hope in the second half Man city can play better.

There are 45 minutes left and City have won in the last Game against them, not long ago. I think a few other players will come in and it will probably be De Bruyne, Haaland and Mahrez. Guardiola will now set up more offensively and the chance for more goals will increase.

As for the EFL Cup, Manchester City actually have had a huge dominance here in the recent seasons. We can clearly see how many times they won lately so we can say that this isn't a tournament they don't care about. Hence I really wonder what's wrong with them now. Of course I understand the goals they conceded but they could have answered easily in fact. When we check the lineup we can see that there are many players from the usual starting eleven as well.

As even the Premier League title is under threat for Manchester City they can't afford giving up on the other cups and tournaments that easy. I think they will manage to make a comeback in the second half.

I'm not sure MU will or at least draw because when we look at the odds below, MU will have face the best squad, Haaland still on fire, while Grealish has blown away his ego. while MU, i heard a news the defender Dalot got injury that possible can't playing yet in the next 2 weeks. So this derby, the MU chance win is hard, I think draw is more promise than winning.

City are the clear favorites in this game, but it's clear to me that betting on United at 4.30 is an easy bet. Firstly, United are on the rise, secondly, United this season is good in big games, and thirdly, this is a derby where the balance of power always changes in favor of an outsider. Maybe this particular game will be won by City but I am sure that United should win one of the four such games, so the odds of 4.30 are profitable.

Indeed, in this case 4.30 is quite tempting but when their opponent is City I think this is also still a real risk especially we know that even though Manchester United are quite good this season but when you think about the h2h of their matches in the last few seasons it has not been very good for Manchester United because they always lose quite embarrassingly in my opinion.
I think it would be better to be at City, especially since the odds are pretty good now.

you actually did underestimate them your comment shows a certainty about them not making the top three at the end of the league if is manchester united I won't argue that but for Newcastle am sure of them making the top three, in every profession money is one of the best motivation, another thing is that Newcastle will not want to make any mistake having the same points with manchester united is a 50/50 chance for both clubs.

I am very confident that Newcastle won't end the season in top three. What do you mean by if it's Manchester united you won't argue it? Do you mean Manchester united are not good or what? with the current Manchester united performance, I believe it will be very difficult for any club to win them.

I heard Newcastle are always receiving double money after each match they win, i don't know how true it is, but if it's about the double amount they are receiving after each win, they are not suppose to be in third position, they should be in first, they shouldn't have lose any match.

Chelsea is very unlucky this season, right from the start, I think Tuchel wasn't the real problem though he made his own mistake of bringing in the wrong players that weren't best for Chelsea. If you ask me, I'll say Tuchel is one of the best coaches Chelsea has ever had. If only He was able to bring in the right choice of players into the club, it would have been very easy to remold Chelsea to the indomitable shape that he wanted. I think Graham has been able to make the right signing, but we shouldn't expect too much from Him because every preparation this season will be for next season's exploitation.

I think this season does not belong to Manchester City as this period has been the worst for the club, even though man city was the best last season but this season Manchester City is far behind on the league table.

This is not the best time for man city and fans should look forward to a more worst period ahead.

Even in the Premier League, there is a reason they are second and 5 points behind Arsenal despite having a very superior squad. For some reason, they always seem to slip up in some matches when we least expect them to and if they don't work on their consistency then there will be no trophies for them this season

You are right. At least, give Potter 1 season more to prove his ability to manage Chelsea. Fire him now may cause big trouble, Chelsea doesn't have enough time to find a proper coach. Sometimes, a coach needs at least 2 seasons to prove his ability. He needs to adapt to new players and try to find a proper tactic for the players. Potter didn't manage Chelsea from the early of this season, it makes sense if he gets a difficulty. Chelsea management must consider keeping him, but make a target to finish in the top 8 at least. If Potter can't get the minimum target, I think no mercy for him (too bad).

Manchester City have been eliminated from the cup, and they are second in the league. This is the consequence of making heavy rotation. They may come back empty-handed this season. If Arsenal win the championship, City will end a season without a trophy in a long time. They lost Community Shield. They were eliminated from the League Cup. The FA Cup remains, which they play with Arsenal. The League and the Champions League are of course the most important trophies, but winning other trophies was also numerically superior.

Actually, in this case I don't think it's too strange either because most of the players who are fielded are also reserve players, but still, even if they are reserve players, in terms of quality, I think they are still quite good.
On the other hand, the EFL may not be a top priority, so in this case Manchester City are not too ambitious to get a win, which makes them more scheduled for their matches.

I think Man City is not as bad as you say. Indeed, currently Man City is not in first place in the EPL, but they are in second position with 5 points adrift of Arsenal. Man City is still trying to get additional points, although sometimes the results don't go as expected. I personally don't think it's worth it to sack him; I agree with you that he should be given another chance, and I have a good feeling chelsea will win there next match. However, the management seems to believe that sacking him is the solution. Looking at it generally, coaching is not easy, and Chelsea has always had the habit of doing so when the game is not in their favor the next step is to sack there coach.

I'm not surprised the way Manchester City performance is,  this has been up even before now and it is now becoming obvious.  Southampton is not a team Manchester City is supposed to struggle with. If Manchester City are unable to ammend cause of their problem they really miss lots of opportunities this season.  Manchester United are very tough now and Manchester City performance has become somehow weak, it is complicated to think of Manchester City will be tò win Manchester united.

One or two seasons of time is quite ideal. But let's see, some chelsea-related transfer rumours are happening. I hope it was Potter's desire to change the game. But let's look back, Potter's record is indeed no statistic good enough. So this Chelsea setback I think stems from Tuchel's sacking. Tuchel should only need to be given the option to buy some new players and get extra time for proof. We've seen Tuchel's stats as a great coach. That statistic is better than Potter.

Spurs - Arsenal is an interesting game with odds in favour of gunners of course.
The problem with Spurs is their defence which makes them easier to receive a goal than Arsenal. In terms of attack, there isn't a big difference in my opinion.
ManU - City is challenging too with a slight advantage for City. A draw might be a good option for ManU too.

I agree with you about Tottenham and Arsenal. Tottenham have really had serious issues with defense and they have conceded so many goals which is over the acceptable level. When it comes to scoring goals these teams have scored nearly the same amount in the league so far. Especially thanks to Kane, Tottenham are doing a great job in the attacking line as he has 15 goals now.

I think Tottenham can still get at least a draw in this game. They have already been quite good against Arsenal home for some time and they can maintain this. It is up to how dedicated they will be.
