The odds look to Fulham maybe because playing as host and the performance is better by winning 3 matches in a row, while Chelsea is very unstable after transitioning a coach. Maybe Chelsea need a supply spirit from Newcastle who have team which not better from them. Several player like Aubameyang is still injury while Mount is not underperformance yet, so I think hard for Chelsea, but still have chance to winning with at least 1 different goal.

Even at that that Fulham is playing home club the odds shouldn't be in favour of Fulham for whatever reason, may be bookmakers are want to use Chelsea recent results to judge their overall performance and becoming over confident in Chelsea.

Chelsea was unstable before transitioning a coach. Tuchel was not sacked while doing some excellent job. We have to acknowledge that fact.  In this fixturing between Fulham and Chelsea, Fulham chances of winning is very small because the spirit and the boost is on Chelsea to deliver.
While we could not measure Potter's strength with Manchester City consecutive meeting, we can confidently measure it with Fulham meeting whether players are injured or not.

Although Fulham may not have players of the same caliber as Chelsea, rest assured that Chelsea will not prevail in this match.
