In the last transfer market yesterday, we all knew that Erik Ten Heg had quite a hard time utilizing the club's budget, which turned out to be very small. Different from the budget in the previous season. So Erik Ten Heg also decided not to take the players he really wanted because he knew the club's budget would not be enough. So Ten Heg was forced to take several players with the remaining budget. We even know that after buying Onana, the Man Utd club budget didn't have much left. So if we look at this, we can't blame Ten Heg too much. It can only be said that Ten Heg is not able to maximize the ranks of players in the current squad.

I personally think that firing Ten Heg at this time may not be the best solution. But if you look at the current condition of the squad. So I also understand why many want Ten Heg to be fired. Because teamwork at the Man Utd club is really bad at the moment.

Have you forgotten that Manchester United actually does not lack good players, Rashford, Bruno, Garnacho, Casemiro, Martinez, Varane, Eriksen, Shaw, Lindelof, Amabat, Antony and even Maguire. As a result, all the abilities of the Manchester United players above became invisible on the field. In the end, the audience and United fans saw the final result, it didn't matter what process Ten Hag went through because that was his job.  

I agree that Manchester United has all the quality players they want and maybe if it was in the right hands the results would be better. We know that if from the start Manchester United wanted to bring in one of the great coaches who had experience in Europe's highest competition then the result would be that they would become a strong team and even scary for other EPL teams.

But unfortunately, since the era of Sir Alex Ferguson ended, Manchester United management was not ready to bring in this coach and instead they just tried out a coach who was clearly very inadequate in carrying all the existing burdens and this is what happened. This team seems to be trying to look for new challenges by bringing in a coach whose playing mission and vision are not yet clear and that will only damage the existing legacy. I think it won't be long before they change coaches again if Erik ten Hag fails to bring Manchester United to a top 4 finish this season.

Honestly Erik ten Hag has gotten enough time to turn things around for good at Man Utd, he had so far signed 16 players loan and permanent players yet the club hasn't achieve their great status due to their inconsistency in the team performance, majority of his new signings had flopped, the likes of Onana, Antony, Mason Mount, Lisandro Martínez and Tyrell Malacia hadn't perform as expected despite huge sign on paid to secure their services except Casimero, Eriksen and Rasmus Højlund who had proven their worth but injury problems had reduced their impact in the team, Rashford, Martial had lost form, while Sancho who ought have help the team is not in the good book of Erik ten Hag, I think the manager had all the time at his disposal to up the team game or performance yet not yielding any  positive results.

You definitely know that the players above are mostly Erik Ten Hag choice and when they show inconsistency it means someone is with Ten Hag. In fact the more often we pay attention the bigger the question mark becomes whether Erik Ten Hag has the capacity as a suitable coach or not for Man United. The figure of the coach determines which direction the club goes whatever its appearance it all depends on the coach who drives the club and its players. Do we completely blame the players for not returning to their best performance or is it because the coaches are less competent in developing each player abilities?

I don’t know how much time Ten Hag would seemingly deserve to prove himself at the club. He wasn’t picked as the coach yesterday and he has had in my opinion, enough time to study and understand the capabilities of all his players on the team. Apparently enough time to know and go after players he thought was best to achieve his goals as a manager for the club.
I’m not rooting for his removal as the coach, but I think he has had enough time on the job for his plans to start to show some general improvement in the team.

Last season he performed very well and everyone was happy with him. Let him complete two seasons before we can say something about him being fired. He brought champions league game to old Trafford and he won manager of the month of November which means he is doing something good, but not to the expectations of the fans. Let him finish this season. January transfer window will soon be open, let him buy players and do his magic.

Ten hag has been at Manchester united for over a season, this is like his second season at old Trafford, in his first season it was long enough and he was able to help the team qualify for the UCL and aswell they won the carabao cup and finished to four in the premier league where they had performed poorly before his arrival and after all those achievement he was applauded.

Definitely with such achievement with his team in his first season at Manchester united and now it's his second season it's obvious he should have gotten used to the players, understood them well enough and how well they play, their abilities and  comparability so definitely it's unlikely time is not what ten hag needs because he achieved something within a few time last season, he just needs to improve his tactical approach and relationship with his players and if need be scout some new players who can help him achieve his goal and he will be good that way.

This is really really wrong. Arsenal has been breaking a new record caused by arteta has become the manager that had most spending compared with the old manager. Look at how arsenal was paying a lot of money for declan rice and havertz. Arguing arteta built the club without money is really really wrong. Calling hundreds millions as small amounts of money is also unacceptable. We needs to say about the fact. There are also many proof in the various news. I think that we shall open our eyes if arsenal under kroenke is able to spending more money for the club rather than the old owner.
