Chelsea is still not in a good situation even after spending too much money on this team they couldn't have a good performance.
The game against Fulham was one good example of a bad performance from Chelsea, they won the game with a 1-0 result but the fact about this game is Mauricio Pochettino and his player was lucky because even that one goal was from the penalty kick.

Yeah it is a fact that cannot be denied that today Chelsea is really lucky but what is clear is that this win has a positive impact on Chelsea for their self-confidence and for optimal cohesiveness, Chelsea has collected 12 points from the last 5 matches and they managed to surpass Newcastle and Manchester United this is a good step to jump to a better place. But unfortunately Chelsea's next opponent is Liverpool as we know, Liverpool is currently ambitious to secure their position in the standings and stay away from Manchester City so I don't see Chelsea having a chance to get points not even for 1 point, one thing Chelsea can do is not to concede more goals.

Chelsea still haven't found their best performance. In fact, they still looked very difficult when facing Fullham, which they should have beaten easily if it had been a match several seasons ago. Pochettino might be able to breathe a sigh of relief for this match. Because the squad he trained again managed to get full points. Kevin De Bruyne should be the man of thee match, you could see how vital he is to the club, it's also a clear message to the Premier League Competition that he is currently back from Injury all he needs right now is Erling Haaland so they could make history once again in the Premier League.

Josep Pep Guardiola was super excited, so far Eddie Howe hasn't been able to take the lead against Pep Guardiola for too long, they had the chance but screwed up.

Haaland really made a huge impact on the game right after he entered.    I don't even know why Guardiola didn't start with him because the game could have been easier than this for them. I don't know maybe Guardiola didn't want to risk him right away as he has just returned from his injury. But this was a tough game on paper so De Bruyne was really needed. 

Ederson's injury was really unfortunate. If he didn't get injured maybe he could have shown a better performance than Ortega. But still Manchester City were very effective in offense to make up for their weakness. Eddie Howe did his best but the best he could do was this.

The midfielder's and defender's didn't do enough to secure the goals scored by Alexander Isak and Antony Gordon as they both scored the both goals within few minutes of the game. They shouldn't have lost only if defense and midfielder's worked hard to secure that goal.

No club should be underestimated by Liverpool right now, because any slight mistake from Liverpool will result in Manchester City taking their position, and if Manchester City can be in the first position, then they will do everything possible to maintain it. Manchester city come back was really an epic one and I really enjoyed every bit of their play, although I felt disappointed in the first half when they were two goals behind, I for once almost felt like Newcastle was going to get a draw by the end of the game because a two goals lewd ahead was so much to cover up for at once.

Newcastle did played well, their performance was okay as compared to the decline they were already having recently but then by the second half of the game when Manchester city got an equalizer all hope was restored and again I believed it's possible three points will be secured by the end of the game , de bruyne getting a goal in this game as a super sub is an indication that he's got a lot to do with the progress of this team, I'm hopeful he's strong enough even tho he's injury prone, he will be able to deliver some more goals and get Manchester city ahead as they should be.

To be honest, I didn't watch the match between the two teams but it looks like the match was quite interesting if I refer to the highlights of the match between Newcastle versus Manchester City. based on statistics, City controlled 73% of ball possession, had 27 attempted shots, 11 shots on target, 1 shot hit the post. meanwhile, the home team actually played quite well against City, especially in the first half. Newcastle had 5 opportunities to counterattack, but only managed to use 2 of them to score goals. apart from that, Newcastle also had several opportunities even though Manchester City controlled the match. the introduction of De Brunye to replace Silva, produced results and made the score draw 2-2. in the early minutes of extra time, Manchester City was able to comeback by winning this match and the final goal was scored by young player Oscar Bobb.

By the way, Pep Guardiola doesn't usually make substitutions, especially Bernardo Silva, whose performance is actually quite impressive. in fact, the first goal he scored in the 26th minute was brilliant. apart from that, it seems like De Bruyne is quite ready to start again in City's next match. the goal he scored in the 74th minute proved that he was definitely ready to play big matches. apart from that, De Bruyne provided one assist in this match. his presence in the City squad really contributed to this match. one more thing, I didn't expect that Pep would play his young player, Oscar Bob, who replaced Jeremy Duku. however, if you look at his performance, Duku was not optimal in this match and in fact he wasted a lot of every opportunity he had. in the end, City was able to comeback and get full points. now, City has moved up to 2nd place temporarily shifting Arsenal and Aston Villa. while Liverpool is still in first place with 45 points, only a narrow point adrift of City. meanwhile, the home team had to accept this defeat even though they had taken the lead in the first half. but nevertheless, City proved that their mentality is very strong and has been tested.

Chelsea won’t be said to be in their best form even after winning the match against Fulham. It was very obvious that they should have won the match with more margin than just a goal that was conceived from the penalty kick. They got more chance in this game but were unable to convert any of them to goals, this was a huge shock as I was expecting more after the first goal lead by them. I think we see what kind of a legend he is after six months of injury. We saw in the last match that De Bruyne is a key name and extremely important for this team, and he was included in the game later and could only play for half an hour. Chelsea's performance was so awful and this is the fact. The club like being toothless in that game and that is what im thinking about chelsea now. No good attackers or striker. The club missed many opportunities and so many complaints were always coming anytime from the fans.
Pochettino never try to listed to the fans regarding the performance from chelsea. This makes some people were being very upset to him. The club was doing another setback by putting sterling in the game. This guy is nothing rather than a player that being so wasteful.
Chelsea was almost losing two points if fulham would able to score goal in the last game. There will be a serious match caused by chelsea will help city to climb up if it will able to beat liverpool.

The match against liverpool will begin on the first february. There is still enough time for chelsea to prepare everything. The club really need to get the momentum to go up. Chelsea can still get three points and avoid to repeat the same result like last season.
Pochettino shall no need to do another stupid thing that may be greatly impacting the club like changing the scheme anytime and put garbage player as regular starting line up.

Difficult game but three points is confidently accumulated today, a good way to bounce back to the league. We won today despite throwing vital chances of doubling the goals against Fulham. The game ended 1-0 in favour of Chelsea and I'm just happy that my team is no longer referred to as 10th FC because they have move forward to 8th position on the league table. This should be a good start for the Blues and the coach having good moements at Stamford Bridge, atleast his hope is revived and winning becomes his ultimate targets.

Based on the news, Haland will be able to compete again for the end of this month. Haaland has been doing a little training at the moment. In addition, defender John Stones is currently suffering from an ankle injury. De Bruyne's return also seems to give new confidence. Pep should start giving him more minutes.
