I can see why City would be considered higher chance, and I can definitely see why Arsenal would be seen as lower chance, but isn't it weird that top ranked team right now in the standings would have a third place highly odds for them? I get that the point difference is minimal, just one game difference, but it's still weird.

I believe Arsenal will not win too, that's just the way they look right now and they do not give that trust to anyone at the moment obviously. Liverpool however would be my top choice, not City. The problem with City right now is that the fatigue they have is real and they are losing players left and right, they have good bench but how further can they go with their current squad with this many missing players?

When assessing a club, we don't always base it on the standings, especially since they are so close together, there are other factors that make us assess that a club has a greater chance compared to other clubs.

Manchester City and Arsenal are interesting examples and we can even see that now. In terms of performance, they actually don't have a significant difference, but Manchester City is still considered better than Arsenal. And also we can't miss the status of host and guest in this match. By having host status, the club will be more favored and that is what is happening with Manchester City now. Another thing that got me thinking, since the race for the title is a three man horse race, if Arsenal lose or draw to City is it the end for Arsenal to struggle to get to the top and winning the league?🤔

Chelsea recent performance actually is not really bad because in all competitions since last month Chelsea only lost once from Liverpool at Carabao Cup final match and the recent is Chelsea can win from Newcastle at Premier League and they also can able to eliminate Leicester on FA Cup and this result is makes Chelsea can able to qualified to the semifinal match and on that round Chelsea will fight against Manchester City i think this is good achievement from Chelsea because outside Premier League they can performing well but indeed i can't called it impressive because basically Chelsea performance is really unstable

Chelsea still have any chances to finish at 7th place which mean European Conference League and i know the fans and Chelsea owner was demanding Champion League but i think they have to starting to thinking realistic because with Chelsea current condition it's near to impossible to compete with Aston Villa or Tottenham for Champion League spots so i think Chelsea have to change their target and although it won't be easy but European Conference League spot is the most realistic target for them this season and this weekend Chelsea will fight against Burnley and not necessary to analysis because Burnley is weak team so let see it later whether Chelsea can able to collect 3 points from this match or they will be slipped again

In my opinion, there is no change whatsoever in terms of Chelsea's performance, it is still the same as last season, only occupying 10-11-12 positions in the points table and I am not sure if you really believe that Chelsea can still compete in the FA Cup while Manchester City will beat them with a score. big in the upcoming matches.

It's nothing new to see Manchester United's back line not playing according to expectations, every season they always experience problems at the back, whether it's the goalkeeper who makes a lot of mistakes or the defenders who make a lot of mistakes. I always want any team that's going head to head with the Citizens to always give them a better fight and even win. I get pissed whenever I see Arsenal playing a very confusing football like they don't know how to make an opponent fight  (when it comes to Manchester City) to get the ball, losing possession all the time against City, is time to face the truth and I believe you're a fan of the Gunners but never to forget that these guys need to man up and if they beat Man City home and away in a season then I can say they're good to go.
For the past 3 seasons or even more I'd say the Gunners are afraid to play the Citizens man to man, I don't need to watch a game of luck to win, I need to see something different and deserving from the Gunners.

Expecting Chelsea to be able to finish in fifth position to get a Europa League ticket, I believe it is just a fantasy that will not happen whatever the scenario is. Chelsea have been dormant in the past seasons and they will continue to suffer this season. You're talking about improvement of the club? Where has it been lately? Mauricio Pochettino have been on the trends with his incompetence to couple the team's together, really playing around and not trigger the main sectors of the Blues. Todd Boehly and the supporters trusted him to deliver an excellent job but he's not showing signs to be eager for the job at hand. Probably, Mauricio Pochettino might be dismissed if he doesn't take time to set things right.

Arsenal problem is lack of composure when playing with big clubs such as Man city. Arsenal is doing well quite alright but due to their inability to maintain calmness in big matches, I would favor Manchester city ahead of them.

I know I am new to watching football, and maybe the Arsenal you describe is the Arsenal that existed before now, but what I have seen this season in Arsenal is that they are not afraid to go against the big teams, they see themselves as one of the big teams in the competition too, and that has helped them. They have a good record against other big teams this season and that record can continue because I still notice that they are still very underrated, and not still taken seriously.  

I think Arsenal's biggest problem this season is in the striker area. Arteta is a very good manager. I think his attacking strategies are good enough, but I think Arsenal's strikers are a bit inadequate. I don't think Arsenal can solve this problem this season, but they can solve this problem next season if they make some good signings because they need a player who can play directly as a striker. Osimhen didn't perform as well this season as he did last season but he could be a good candidate for Arsenal.
