Because of the inappropriate strategy he implemented, several potential players such as Casemiro had to experience a decline in performance. So the defeat against Arsenal cannot be denied because we also have to admit that Arsenal's game was also much better and very effective.

Who would have taught the matched between Manchester United and Newcastle who have ended with a 3:20 score and goals over 5 goals. It ended with a 1:0 in the first half but it seems they were waiting for the second half so that they can unleash their power. Today ended well in the favor of the Manchester United fans, i know the pain of losing in three consecutive games and had a first victory this month;. However there has been a transform a little bit in the way Manchester United play.

I expected them to win today since they played very well during their last match against Arsenal. Meanwhile talking about the games against Arsenal that would have been a win for Man U as well but they failed to utilize their chances.

Nobody. Manchester United has had many of us surprised with their unsurprised 3-2 win against Newcastle. It's like they want to wake up from their slumber(it's late though) after losing three consecutive matches that have denied them of qualifying for the Europa League next season, having Chelsea and Newcastle take their(5th or 6th) position.

A match to go, towards the end of the season. That will decide the fate of Newcastle and Manchester United for the 6th spot. Any of them that wins or loses their last match, loses their opportunity to qualify for Europa Conference League Qualification next season since both teams have the same 57 points(Newcastle above with goals difference).

It is a shame that they will not be in the champions league next season, they have to correct that.

I think both teams matched each other’s momentum and none was better than any. My pick from the game is Newcastle or Manchester United might be on the brink of missing out on European football next season. Also Newcastle have a very strong squad and the players on the bench are not just average players but players that would start for any middle club team. With Newcastle scared of the financial fair play rules they would have to sell some of their key players. The first player that caught my attention is Isak. I don’t think Newcastle will be able to keep him and Guimares because of how good they are.

Obviously, when looking at how Chelsea football team started poorly this season, it would be hard for anyone to think that Chelsea would be finishing 6th and ahead of  Manchester united in league table, Well despite all the ugly performances this season, they won't be finishing in a very bad position at the end,  And I hope Pochettino will be able to fix up things with Chelsea come next season and bring back Chelsea to its glory we hope for.

Jackson might have scored many this season but should have be 10 plus more goals to his name this season. If not for their new signing Cole Palmer I don’t think they would still he going for the next European spot but their resilience will at least get them this arsenal

I'm sure this is not how Erik ten Hag planned for the season to be like for him and the boys but at least this win can somehow alleviate a bit of the stress he's been under since the last three to four games.

After last season, Chelsea's 6th place looks very good, especially considering the competition at the top of the table. City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Aston Villa had a great season, almost without mistakes and only phenomenal performance of City and Arsenal separates them from Aston Villa and Liverpool, but in any case the championship was very competitive and even Newcastle and Tottenham can consider this year a success. Theg are getting this serious when the season is almost over,and with the way they played against Arsenal at old Trafford,I knew they could get something out of today's result. I love the way they composed themselves and played the game,it showed that they can be very aggressive when they want to be,but I don't just know what is really this United's problem,they are so inconsistent,and scared when they see some matches they were supposed to win.With this performance tonight,I know they will win their last match,whether they play away or at home against any side.

Next season they could really be a contender to win the premier league if the coach and team continue. They need a striker who can turn many of the chances they will create into goals and although they have spent a lot of money already on the team, more needs to be spent to bring in some more players because this current team is not yet it.

Watching the game I still couldn't give any credit to Manchester united even in their victory because they made me felt like having one lucky win after several failed attempts, their performance wasn't like that of someone who's looking like they are building up improvements, they were without a definite pattern but somehow were finding a way to place the ball behind the net but then such pattern doesn't guarantee victory in the nearest future.

Away from the champions league they couldn't even make it to the Europa or even the conference league, such a terrible performance for a season coming from a teams as Manchester united who's see to be a different caliber of team now having to maintain a spot in the premier league such that they don't get to be relegated and not even getting to qualify for any elite league next season. Manchester united needs some kind of overhauling especially with their defense line as they aren't really solid enough and don't seem like they can be able to help the team achieve much if they get to encounter bigger and tougher teams.

Ten hag if he gets to be in Manchester united by next season should know how well to utilize the potential that lays within the younger players who could aswell help him achieve quiet a lot with the team if he's using them appropriately and with the right tactics which will help them get results they desire to get before the end of the season, selling of some of the old players who aren't productive enough again amongst the team will actually be of help too aswell if we'll explored.

Tottenham Hotspur can do better too if only they maintain their confidence and continue pressing Man City whenever they have the chance because you have to think like Man City to be able to beat them and I feel this first half will end in a draw.

No, watching the match here I didn't see Manchester City putting in pressure rather I saw a City team playing with a lot of fear, lack of confidence and a team being too careful but still finding it difficult to get into the game, Tottenham played a better game in the first half despite not getting a goal but I think they have been a better side in the first half and I hope City csn get into the game because from their performance they look very disorganized. Right now am very afraid because unless City is able to control the midfield they can't get a win in this game because the Tottenham team is creating more chances and the space they enjoyed in the first half of the citizens are not able to get back into the game they may end up losing points here.

Well you'd have to admit they were playing with caution as any slight mistake will cost them dearly but despite playing carefully, Tottenham Hotspur couldn't take advantage and that is what sets them apart. Man City played with fear as you put it but where able to register more shots on target than Tottenham did in the whole game combined and as such I won't really classify that as fear but a calculated attempt at making their opponents uneasy.
 Believe me, if Tottenham had maintained the same bit of resistance in the second half like they did in the first, I doubt City would have been able to do much because it got to a point where they became desperate to score that they started making mistakes and giving Tottenham leeway to their own half of the field.

If someone had told me that Palmer will easily break into the first team of Chelsea after he was signed last summer, I would've argued talk less of becoming the club's best player and most influencial footballer in the Chelsea squad this season.

At least, their opponents will be Brentford, who are currently at the bottom of the standings. So, there are still quite high chances for Chelsea to win, if they are as good as before. And let us not forget that Cole Palmer is playing for a team in decline like Chelsea.
