I also think Thomas Tuchel is better at handling player disagreements than Erik ten Hag. Tuchel talks to players and fixes problems before they get worse which is great for any team. On the other hand Ten Hag is stubborn and makes players leave which weakens team. Even though Tuchel did not do well at Bayern recently his overall experience and ability to work with players make him good choice for Manchester United future. If Ten Hag can change his ways and be more flexible maybe he can stay but right now new leader might be best for team success.

Teen hang has not been a really good coach all through his stay in Manchester united, he has done more of fighting with the players than getting them to be their best in the game, I remember earlier this season when there were always complains of his struggle with players in the dressing room and it will get the psychology of these players messy and even affect their productivity which has affected the total performance of the team at the end of the season.

Manchester united have even been patient enough with the time they have given him to fix up his mess but he's has just continued with it, tuchel do have issues with his players but he gets them fixed before it becomes a problem that gets to affect the team too long enough, a typical example is with his performance as cheese coach and now at Bayern Munich, even with the whole inconsistency in Bayern Munich that got him looking like he's having a set back, he was still able to get the team to the champions league semi finals and aswell as finishing at the second position on their domestic league table which is something ten hag couldn't do this season rather he's leaving Manchester united a worse team than he met them.

I think what makes him considered a failure is the big transfer that Man United must pay to sign him, and it wasn't all worth it.
