I've a question, Erik Ten Hag the best coach in the past decades for Manchester United? I guessed there's quite heavy duty applicable to sitting in managerial position in Manchester United. Watching their performance is quite not encouraging because they're completely out of control and have always been the club with shocking results. Manchester United will have to put in important strategic tactics if they're planning to make improvements next season. What improvements are we spotting out? The Manchester United is probably not consistent in matches and have conceded huge number of goals this season.

Klopp has always helped Liverpool to remain very competitive in the Premier League since joining the club and this is most difficult job to be achieved. I'm just curious what adjustments he's going to make for the squad considering that if he will not be using the same line up like klopp did.

I'm still waiting for the slot's transfer plan. I believe that we will see several names join Liverpool during the summer transfer season. This club may experience some changes under his leadership.

After the first season I believe many thought this was just the beginning of a better build up from the coach, this very concluded season made us to believe that things are never how they seem to be with the coach Erik ten Heg, is like things turned against him even some of the players with the club performance not in any how close to how it was when he picked the job, having issues with players and some other problems we never get to know about.
Although ETH gave Manchester United the FA CUP after finishing below Chelsea who wasn't doing well too but the FA CUP was one of Erik ten Heg's greatest achievement this season, even at that his position as the manager of UTD is still shaking because some of the fans are saying he should leave while some wants him to continue, but has he done anything to make him continue as Manchester United manager? Should he be given a second chance with how the team performed this just concluded season? Let's have your feel on this.

Mason Greenwood did have a pretty good performance when he was still actively playing at Man United, but it seems like that story is over. Man United's decision to sell Mason Greenwood does seem unfair, but it seems like Man United cannot forgive Greenwood for the violation he committed. Maybe Man United feels that Greenwood will only be a problem if he continues to play for Man United, therefore there is no chance for him again.

Even though Man United did not sign any new players on the right side, they still have options other than Garnacho and Antony because Man United still has Amad Diallo and I think he's good enough to occupy that position. Amad Diallo is a young player who has potential and he got a lot of opportunities to play last season and he even played quite well when he got the chance.

You have to remember though, the majority of their overpaid squad has been underperforming for years and it’s got multiple managers sacked. Maybe it’s not the managers fault, it’s the players.

When they signed Erik Tag Hag, he improved Manchester United because they performed well and finished in the top four in the league table, qualifying for the Champions League. He also bought some players from his former coaching club, Ajax, and bought Antony, and he did well that season because I remember when he played his first match against Arsenal and scored a goal for Manchester United. And you think Manchester united did not improve. It's simply that this season they failed and couldn't compete with other teams, but they still tried to win a title. For the last few seasons, maybe the answer is yes, especially if the comparison is Rangnicl and Ole, but for several decades of course not because after all, up to now there is still SAF who has always been the best of the best at Macnchester United so in this case we cannot say he's the best for the last few decades.

Yes, their success in securing at least 1 title this season should be appreciated amidst the chaos they are currently facing. Regardless of whether it is luck or not, what is clear is that they can bring home a title this season. But my question is, is a coach's success always seen from just a title? even though his overall appearance isn't that great? or even far from good?

However, this is something that Manchester United management must consider, whether they will see the coach's success only because they managed to win the FA Cup or will they look more broadly than that. For me, when they look at it from a wider perspective, I think Erik Ten Hag can be fired, but if they look at the results that can be achieved, namely a trophy, then they will keep him. This is entirely management's decision, whether they will retain or fire Erik Ten Hag.

Klopp couldn't stay forever, so it's okay. Liverpool did great by appointing Klopp in the past, so I trust they know what they're doing now. Sometimes a new style is needed, which is why they struggled in the last few seasons. I think the new coach, Arne Slot, will be great. however It's always pressure for a manager to join a club like Liverpool in the Premier League, but he'll be fine if the fans and club support him. Nobody knows for sure how things will go for him, but we need to be patient. It will take him a season or two to get the team playing his way and to impose his style.
Changes are necessary, so hopefully, he'll get the money to rebuild with the players he wants. At the same time, he needs to prepare to work with a lean budget and rely on the academy. That's the only way he'll succeed.

From my observation, the coach and players don’t want to build the team because it’s always the duty of the coach to make sure everything is in order and the players must also move with one mind but mere looking at Manchester United I don’t think they’re moving with one goal. If I’m not mistaken the players hardly move with Ten Hag but this is just my observation. If the players fail to work on themselves next season then a new coach will also not help any matter right now, most people complain about Ten Hag a lot but the problem is not just Ten Hag but rather the team need a cleanup for a change.

The big problem with Ten Hag is that with players he didn’t like, he was able to take 3rd place (even if it was caused by a crisis among direct competitors like Liverpool). But with the players he personally chose (having gotten rid of those he didn’t like), he only took 8th place. If this is not a funny coincidence but a pattern, then the next season for United will also be lost and he will still have to be fired. But the club’s management either believes in a miracle, or they don’t have better options, I don’t know why they take such a risk by not firing him.

It isn't that Ten Hags improved Manchester United last season, that is why they finished the season at the 4th position, Manchester United finished the season at 4th position with the help of Cristiano Ronaldo, Ronaldo scored 18 goals in the Premier League, and scored 6 in the Champions League. No player contributed to the club in 2022 like Cristiano Ronaldo because he improved some of their players, and many players were happy to play beside him. Since Cristiano Ronaldo left the club how many players did you see that they can perform like they did before? Except Garnacho because Ten Hag's has made the team worse for any players.

While Manchester United can't decide whether to keep Erik ten Hag or not, he is already receiving offers from other clubs. He achieved victory in the FA Cup, but in the APL and in the Liga the results are very weak, and for such a team it is important to succeed in all tournaments. And probably for something to change in the future, only one victory is not enough, you need to do something to make Manchester United can play on equal terms with City and Arsenal throughout the season.

I hope that Manchester United management can retain Ten Hag and I think that possibility is very big after Ten Hag succeeded in bringing Man United to the FA Cup this season.
Currently, Ten Hag is making progress to improve the team, so nothing is instant and we have to be patient even though Ten Hag's steps are a little slow, but I think there are many obstacles that should be understandable, as is the case this season, many of Man United's main players have been injured. so that the team's performance cannot improve.

If he should be sacked I don't think the UTD board supported him with enough funds to get players when it matters, although the players he bought never showed that much energy to make the team much stronger but in my opinion I think ten Heg bought injuries instead of players who are fit. Some started picking form towards the end of the season and it was too late to even rate them. Finishing 8th place to me is a disappointing performance because they're suppose to make sure they end up in that number 4 position which was going well till losing became part of them.
Some of those players don't even like how they're being mixed up and being played in different positions that they couldn't do better, the main thing is the manager Erik ten Heg never had a better relationship with the players, so they have to play him out, the combination of Rashford and Sancho would have been one deadly force in the EPL but misunderstanding divided the team, some part of the problem should be on Erik ten Heg in fact better part of it and 20% of it has to be on the players because if the team is doing well we praise the coach and if anything goes wrong is the coach that carries more of the blame.
