I think in the future if Todd Boehly continues to do the same thing and is not satisfied with the performance of the coach who has only been in charge for no more than 1 season then it will be impossible for Chelsea to show its best performance.
I was amazed by Chelsea at the end of this season under Pochettino, but knowing that next season there will be new coach because of Pochettino departure makes me doubt whether Chelsea will be able to change to be much better than now.

I just feel sorry for the Chelsea players who keep changing coaches, because they will never find their ideal game. Each coach has a different style and technique, with conditions like this it is impossible for Chelsea players to maintain stability. Todd Boehly is one of the people responsible for this result. He was not dissatisfied but did this deliberately for his business. As long as Todd Boehly policy is maintained, there is no guarantee that Chelsea will be able to find consistency on the pitch every season.

So that must be one of the main points that Todd Boehly must think about, if he only cares about big achievements in short time with ambiguous decisions regarding changing coaches more often then Chelsea will never find truly stable conditions.
I also confirm that each coach will have way of working as playing strategist and the composition of the line-up that is considered the best, moreover every new coach will definitely make changes by changing most of the existing players, this will become complicated problem if it continues to happen.

Initially, Todd Boehly was expected to be able to bring Chelsea back to the peak of its former glory, but it turned out that what he did made it difficult for Chelsea to develop, various ridiculous policies made Chelsea team that could not have strong performance.

Pochettino have been success make Chelsea finish on Europe League spot standings by finish at 6th position place, but FA have regulation for the winner of FA Cup will qualify to Europe League make Chelsea have relegated to UEFA Conference League next season although current Manchester United standings finish on 8th place. Drastically difference intention between participant at UEFA Europe League and UEFA Conference League because most of unpopular teams will participants on Conference League.

But if can participants in Europe League and success become the winner will get qualify to Champion League although not finish on top fourth standings position at domestic league. His performance is not enough for a team like Manchester United, FA Cup is not enough because he team's performance is going down on daily basis and it is mostly management mistakes which proves how nonprofessional Ten Hag is, and a team like United deserve better.

Chelsea has finished in the sixth position. That is definitely a great turnaround from them. At one point it actually looked like they were going to finish towards the relegation zone.

I never expected Chelsea to end the season in the top six because of their poor performance at the beginning of the season. Chelsea's performance towards the end of the season was just surprising to me, no one expected Chelsea's performance to improve towards the end of the season. I knew Chelsea wouldn’t be ending the season in the relegation zone, but I was expecting Chelsea to end the season in the middle of the table. One of the reason why Chelsea has decide to hire Enzo Maresca is because he is the former of Guardiola assistant so they thought Maresca will have same football philosophy to Guardiola which very likes to playing attacking and very entertaining so Chelsea was very sure Maresca will be able to bringing this team to playing at Champion League again however some people said sacking Mauricio Pochettino and replace him to Maresca is risky decision because Maresca is lack of experience to train big team besides that the rumours is some of Chelsea players doesn't like with Chelsea owner decision too because they still support Pochettino

But regarding about your question i think it is still hard to answered because the league hasn't starting yet but maybe we can judge the performance of Chelsea by pre season tour later that if they can performing well under Maresca on pre season tour maybe Chelsea will be much better under him but just like i said before being Chelsea manager is very under pressure because it's not easy to make Chelsea to performing well again and Todd Boehly as the owner always set high targets but he doesn't seem to believe in the process and he will not hesitate to sack the manager if they fails to meet the target which he want

That's true, but in the last few seasons the Manchester United team has slumped so it takes time to process improving this team's performance, nothing is instant.

Manchester United did everything posible to win the cup final and secure a place in the EL. I think that Chelsea expected a victory from City in the final, this would have given them a place in the EL and perhaps Pochettino’s further fate at Chelsea would have been different, but perhaps with this victory ten Hag retained his place in Manchester (we don’t know this for sure yet). But Chelsea and Manchester United did not have the best season, if a team cannot play in the Champions League, this is a weak result.

A manager has to build a team with the possibility that a player will not play a full season at a club. If you plan with only 11 members of the core team and the rest are out of your plans then you will definitely be in danger towards the middle to end of the season. An injury to a footballer is an unexpected event and it can happen at any time. In football, a team's success is mostly attributed to the tactical approaches and experience of the manager and that's why the manager is always held accountable of a team's success as well as the failure of the team. Without being sentimental with our opinion, Erik ten Hag isn't supposed to be exempted for his role in Manchester United's poor performances in the just concluded season especially in the English Premier League. The Dutchman in most of the games Manchester United lost or dropped points appeared like a man who doesn't know what to do from the touchline to help the team get back to their feet.
Manchester United isn't gonna get any better if Erik ten Hag continues to remain at the club so the best thing for the club to do at the moment is to try get rid of the Dutch man and go for a more experienced manager who'll help the club become competitive again and start challenging for trophies.

I think that Chelsea expected a victory from City in the final, this would have given them a place in the EL and perhaps Pochettino’s further fate at Chelsea would have been different, but perhaps with this victory ten Hag retained his place in Manchester (we don’t know this for sure yet). But Chelsea and Manchester United did not have the best season, if a team cannot play in the Champions League, this is a weak result.

I agree with you, if Manchester United and Chelsea cannot play in the Champions League whatever they achieved is a weak result. Chelsea wasn't expecting Manchester United to have victory over City because we all know how strong they are throughout the season, many people were saying that it was a fixed match, and Manchester United was not strong enough to defeat Manchester City. This is a football and everything is possible, Chelsea was performing badly from the beginning of the season, so I wasn't expecting them to play fantastically at the end of the season. Pochettino improved his players and finished the season in the 6th position, hoping to play in the next Europa League if Manchester United lost the FA Cup to  City, but that did not work as they thought, and Pochettino got fired.

I don't think Ten Hags will retain his place in Manchester United after winning the FA Cup, but we can see what will happen before the next season since one of the managers has agreed to replace him.

It was a surprised to many people seen Chelsea in top six in the premier league table to top Manchester united and other teams, because their coach discovered some faults that is affecting the team but the moment he found solution to it, Chelsea started getting it right at the end of the tournament. I noticed some potential skills in this Chelsea new coach, because he is very comfortable with his players whenever they are playing with their opponent and Chelsea players will score goals but their opponent will equalized the goal at the end of the match. Chelsea ended up the season in top six which is a good performance for Chelsea, if you know where they are coming from in this season, and if their coach can still improve the players maybe they will come close to top fourth next season.

I talked about this before: that Chelsea may probably end the season in the top six or even the top five, but people were arguing about it, and I said this because of how their performance is going. Chelsea's performance is really increasing, and seriously, nobody thinks Chelsea will turn up like when the season was about to end, and this got many people talking about them, although I wasn’t surprised to see them in this position because I was expecting it due to how they were playing.

 However, since they get to the top six this season, we should be expecting more performance from them next season because they won’t want to go back. They will do everything possible to go to the to the top of the table next season and nothing less than the top six. I believe since the coach already knows the problems of the squad, everything will be possible.
