As far as I know, there are 2 reasons why Zidane didn't want to manage Man United or any other EPL teams.

I think Zidane must solve it easily if he has an intention to learn it. However, it is quite difficult if the life style becomes another problem to manage a team in EPL. Even if Man united offers a big salary for Zidane, he must reject it because the problem has nothing to do with the salary.

It is rumored that Zidane only wants to manage his former clubs, France national team, and Bayern Munich. 

I think that if he wanted to become a Bayern coach, he could do it this summer. Well the start of everything actually pave way that has kept this club like this and what I mean is the first coach that actually made everything like this. David moise actually broke the entire mentality of the club because he was the first to actually mess things up and funny enough he was even the chosen one and many people after the season changed everything to more like the broken one .😂

But then, I won't blame all these on him, they was starting to get some things right in the club with Louis Van Gaal who deserved more time but his FA Cup win wasn't enough for Manchester United.

Same goes with Jose Mourinho, Ole Gunner Solskjaer and Ralf Ragnick and even yhe players Ragnick recommended the club to get they didn't.
The Glazers are the major issues with Manchester United and I don't see the INEOS any different. They're mainly trying to put in a coach they can control so they'll be able to control and influence his decisons. I won't be surprised when they say Erik Ten Hag would no longer be the coach of Manchester United. But I'll love it of he is still backed further.

Zinedine Zidane have only managed just one club in his managerial career and that was Real Madrid of which he achieved extra ordinary success in his two spells with the club and fir a young manager that was started his managerial career with a star-studded team like Real Madrid, it'll be difficult for him to take up another job with a team that has limited number of quality players and depth. The talk that it is language problem and lifestyle in England is the reason behind his refusal to take the Manchester United job I don't think is true rather he's probably afraid of failure that might come with managing a club that's struggling at the moment.
Zinedine Zidane if you ask me will take a coaching club in a team that's very dominant just like Manchester City despite the fact that it's also an English club. Zidane is waiting to train France and Bayern Munich whether until when this will be realized because Bayern Munich has currently chosen Kompany with a long contract, while the French national team still believes in the current coach.

This whole Zidane thing is a load of BS. German language? Let's not think that's why he's waiting. Those jobs are done by people in charge. Zizou wants a huge club. Teams like Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. It is risky for him to play that game. He is standing outside, watching, waiting for the "perfect" chance to act. You idiot, time doesn't wait for anyone.
