I have no doubts about Zidane's ability. I don't think Zidane is unfit to be a Premier League coach just because he hasn't played in the Premier League. There are many coaches who were not star players but were great coaches. A player's career and a coaching career are completely different.

Your argument cannot be dismissed. This could also be a reason for Zidane not to coach another team. He may not be interested in taking on any new challenges. Zidane was the coach of Real Madrid. I think that the management of Manchester United understands very well that ten Hag’s achievements are not so impressive. An achievement is an achievement and it was a good thing they won a trophy this season but i think their overall performance was not good enough. I don’t see them among the title contenders this season with the performance they showed last season it means they still have work to do and the coach needs to step up his game and not be fooled by the trophy they won.

He just avoid any inconsistent team like Manchester United, if he get an offer from Manchester City, I'm sure he will not reject it since we all know Manchester City will win Premier League since they have many high quality players, they can win without the coach.

Zidane isn't desperately need a job since he already own football team and he also endorse many brands.

The secret behind Manchester City’s success is their coach so if they should appoint a coach that is not up the standards they will find it difficult to win as they have under Guadiola. Guardiola is able to manage his players quite well and if a different manager should coach same players he might find it difficult.

Manchester United is an inconsistent team and that way they need a very talented coach to transform them. Zidane have never coached such team so i don’t know if he can transform the team because the Real Madrid he coached then were already full of stars and it was easy to manage them.

Yeah, Ten Hang is actually not too bad for Manchester united considering the little achievement he has given to the club and how he managed some few games excellently since he took over the duty as the head couch. However, we should also realize that the clubs sometimes don't give a damn about a couch previous performance or achievement in the previous season. Everything will begin to change once they notice the performance is declining as compared to previous season or the couch is probably not doing much as they expected. Chelsea did the same thing to Thomas Tuchel few years ago despite winning champions league with them, he was sacked the following season for not performing to their expectations. What I am saying in essence is that no club cares about what you achieve for them as far as you can not keep up to task again, it is not a criteria to keep a couch.
