I'd agree with you that Man UTD is not the place for Jadon Sancho right now, especially with the relationship he had with ETH. Heard he was back at United and was with them in training but if he has tendered an apology, we don't know. I mean the  sentence I made bold, because I can't remember Mauricio pochettino winning any trophy for Chelsea football club, though his sacking was actually brutal and unfair, I also feels like they should have left him at least one more season, because the players were starting to understand and get used to his playing style.

I guess it was just a mistake because we all saw that Pochettino couldn’t win any trophy last season, but if I will be honest, his performance was really good towards the end of the season, and if he is given more time, he might end up performing better than last season. But since Chelsea doesn’t really have much confidence in Pochettino, they don’t expect anything special from him even if they leave him, so if they decide to replace him, let’s see if their new coach will be able to win a trophy for them, or at least help them end the season in a better position.

A coach is the one managing the player’s, so he should be in charge of that. A coach should be given the opportunity to sign or sell any player he wants, not the management. If the management wants to select players for a coach, then the team might not play well.

Yes, but Chelsea's new ownership is yet to understand that which is probably why they are just changing managers because they are yet to get the perfect manager for the job maybe due to their agreement. The coach is supposed to control any player in the team, and his orders are also needed whenever the team signs a new player, and any team management that will not go with that, I think his team will keep losing.
