To some extent, I wasn't expecting Celtic to play Manchester City youth with such seriously; even in the first go, the Celtics scored due to open defense because the game was friendly. Honestly, some preseason matches are always boring. It is always clear that whenever an average or weak team plays against a strong team, the match tends to be boring. It was not actually surprising that Arsenal drew in a 90-minute game with Bournemouth. Yeah, we've said it several times that preseason games are test of tactics and of course to get the players fit for the season about to start. Guardiola only feature two senior players in the line up if I'm not mistaken. Haaland and Grealish were the only players from the first squad while the rest were the upcoming young talents that he wants to test their stand. The match wasn't too bad but truth be told, City defense was very porous devoid of any tactics. I don't want to criticize based on that result because I know on a norms we would have seen a great performance other than that even if the game would end in defeat. It is less than a month now for the new season to begin and I believe a lot of improvement will be done in the areas of their lapses.

But on a serious note I understand that all the Manchester United fans including me expects to see more from Erik Ten hag but that doesn't mean he shouldn't praise him self a little for the works he has done so far since arriving at old trafford.

Comparing Arteta and Eric ten hang is not something we should do in a haste. We should first of all understand where these two coaches are coming from and the duration they have handled their respective clubs. Only training will not make you know the weakness in your team, this is why after training the players and coach comes to the field to exercise what they have learnt to see how the coach can work on improving the game tactics due to some laxity in the players. This game was a probably warming up in anticipation to what should be expected in the nearest future when he league eventually begins. Bournemouth actually did performed so well because I didn't expect that would be this firm against Arsenal, I was expecting even if it was a pre season game, Arsenal would express some kind of superiority that will be such that others are possibly going to probably learn from seeing that Arsenal will be looking very ready for the new season but then with Bournemouth they even made me want to have some good anticipation with their performance in the season, I'm very much aware that things can actually turn out very different from what happened at pre season but i expected better from Arsenal.

Honestly we don't even know the dynamics of these things and the impact on the people being abused.
You can't analyze polarizing issues like this from the outside looking in and provide a one size fits all "solution" of workplace normalcy.
Enzo has apologized which is the first part of the process and I think Chelsea themselves have conducted an internal investigation. If he was found guilty in anyway, he would and should be punished according to their laid down rules at the club.
