Arsenal has successfully defeated their nemesis, and this is a perfect start for them. Right now, I don't see any team that they cannot be able to stand against in the premier league competition. Aston Villa was the only club that beat Arsenal last season home and away, but this time Arsenal has taken the bull by the horns and the reverse has certainly been the case. Today's win was not just all about going home with 3 points, but they kept a clean sheet in the game.

All thanks to the subtitle player Trossard that led the team to one goal and also Thomas Partey who made sure the win is secured with the second goal. I won't forget about the defenders, Saliba, Gabriel, Rice, Timber, and Caliofiori the new Arsenal player who stopped every attack from Villa. Arsenal's defense and midfield are stronger now.

There will always be some kind of reasons why any club will lose a match to another club, and what ever reason is simply not an excuse whatsoever, because in the end, a team or club won the match and that's all that matters.

And like I did metioned in my previous comment on this same subject on another thread, Aston Villa played a very good game if you ask me, but then, Arsenal won't just give them a breathing space, possibly the Arsenal boys were really out for vengeance, and this made them well determined to stop at nothing but beating Aston Villa without giving them any chance to score.
Congrats to Arsenal by the way, it's a very good start for them, winning two matches already without conceding any goals yet, this is quite impressive.

Arsenal's performance is quite good in today's match because their players have a fairly good level of confidence and want 3 points that make them able to play well in today's match.

Raya's saves were quite good and I applaud his mentality when he didn't panic when faced with crucial conditions where there could have been a goal especially for the deflection that hit the bar and was met by Watkins' header at the start of the second half that could have been a goal but Raya was quite deft in this match.

In addition, we also have to appreciate what Saka did because if we see the occurrence of 2 goals for Arsenal in this match I think we know that Saka plays a very important role because it is the movement on the side of the field to provide assists that are quite comfortable to make Arsenal get 3 points in today's match.

It was a bad defeat for IPS because they scored first and later conceded four goals without them canceling any of the goals. Haaland was able to score a hat-trick making it his 10th hat-trick scored in Manchester City. It is always a win win for City and Pep have started theft season in a superb way.

City is now on top of the table with 5 goals using one goal to be ahead of Brighton who have a total of four goals. However, the season has just started and I believe that soon goals would not be what clubs will use to stay on top of the table or take their positions as points would be used since some clubs will drop points just like United dropped 3 points today.

On the other hand, I was amazed by Gundogan's appearance, which was highly anticipated in today's match and he managed to show his good performance in the first match after he was re-recruited by Manchester City.

Manchester City and Arsenal both collected full points in the second match of the season. Arteta's team also performed quite impressively because they were able to steal full points in the match against Aston Villa. I think the competition will be even more interesting because it has been seen which team is consistent in the first two matches of the season.

Quite a tough game for arsenal today, if you ask me. Villa wasn't messing around, as they had the believe that they can sting the gunners just like they did last season, but it went the other way round. I don't know if am the only one that noticed it, but I think martinelli and Rice has been a little off since the start of the season. Martinelli literally couldn't do anything, but I was glad to see that Arteta made that quick important substitute, and arsenal where able to get on the score sheet in just less than 2minutes. I really want to see arsenal compete against city, but after watching the game today, I now understood why the fans keep urging Arteta to get a good striker. Kai wasn't fully active in the box. So I think arsenal needs that box to box striker that can give them those goals just like Haaland.

United has disappointed so many today, especially those that had staked high for them to win. with the news signing, I still noticed last season mentality and flop in n the team. Rashford isn't making any improvement at all, or maybe it's high time Ten hag finds a better replacement, because it seems to me that the dude is not bothered because he already earn a spot in the starting line up. The winning goal that gave Brighton the win could have been prevented if United defense was organized. I really watched it and was confused why all united players are packing to a particular spot without spreading out and marking other players especially when they were in the 18yard box. Meanwhile, united Next game will be against Liverpool. Just hope they don't give another floppy (if there is a word like that) performance.

Arsenal does not have problems winning their games in the beginning of the season to mid season and close to the end of the season but the moment the season is close to an end, amd City is behind them that is when they will drop points due to poor winning mentality. This season it Bo s not Aston Villa that will stop them but a different club entirely if they don't take lifting the trophy serious.

Aston Villa had the early opportunity of scoring goals but they lack a good finisher and that led to them wasting the ball and Raya was stopping most of their balls from entering the post. The ebb and flow of Man United performance began, Brighton managed to secure full points in front of their own supporters, and it seems that Man United defeat is no longer surprising because we often saw it last season. The era of revival that was expected has not started, and it seems difficult to realize. Personally, I am very surprised by Ten Hag decision in determining the starting XI, he took too big a risk by placing Bruno Fernandes as the spearhead, while Joshua Zirkzee was only played in the second half. We know that Man United's attack line cannot be effective without Hojlund, Ten Hag needs to change his formation for the next match.

In addition, Brighton started the season more consistently than Man United, they were also more productive. De Zerbi departure did not make them experience a decline, 2 matches 6 points and 5 goals, that's pretty good. This victory can certainly be valuable capital when facing Arsenal next week, it would be the biggest surprise if they could defeat Arteta squad. Overall, Man United were unlucky today, and hopefully they can avoid defeat when they meet Liverpool.

Chelsea may be the team that can surprise us the most this year. I think it's quite difficult to make predictions about them, I really can't predict where we will see them in terms of the Champions League or the League table.

Let’s see how they are going to perform this season, at least Chelsea already has quality players and a good coach. So Let’s see how their performance is going to be, but I am not expecting Chelsea to end the season in the top 4, but I am expecting improvement in their performance. Before Enzo will be able to build a perfect squad, it’s going to take some time. There are lots of things for him to fix, which I am sure he won’t be able to do within a season, so what I expect from Chelsea management is for them to give him time. I just hope Chelsea will be able to have patience with him.

For some season now Chelsea have been having challenge with their performance which they always end the season with poor results.  This season I don't expect Chelsea to end the season in top four, what I just want from Chelsea is good transformation, atleast occupying the 5th or 6th position won't be bad if eventually Chelsea is able to achieve it because all what Chelsea have gone through I don't it will be over night for them to be among top teams in performance in this season. I feel Chelsea's coach can make good difference this season because I see him as a capable coach that will be able to revive the team this season.

Many people want Chelsea to finally achieve something. If they don't manage to finish 5th or 6th, I honestly don't know what the solution would be for them, but this season they have to get out of where they are. It's a huge challenge. What I think is Something that is very much my Own is that they have no luck, and that's difficult, because for me the crux of this is that they bring a coach like Ancelotti, or a Zidane, a coach like Pep Guardiola, because I don't See any other way.

Chelsea open European campaign with win over Servette

Arsenal managed to take epic revenge against Aston Villa, in my opinion if we judge their game today, Arteta squad deserves an additional 3 points. The squad overhaul carried out by Aston Villa made them need to adapt again, so they failed to block Arsenal progress. Arteta is increasingly observant in managing the team, the rotation he did proved successful, where Leandro Trossard became the opener of the advantage.
