It's just 3 matches since the 2024/25 EPL Season resume and so far they've lost twice and won once but that's not a reason for the board to sack him so early, I think they still believe in Erik Ten Hag and that's why they've given him another chance instead of going with the other choices of replacement they listed. Well, the coach deserved a second chance and I think the board weren't biased with their decision cause despite winning the best EPL team so far in the last FA Cup finals the coach has participated in about 6 finals and won two trophies since he came to Manchester United, but fans would disregard that one only focus the team finishing 8th position last season just to get the boards attention towards sacking Ten Hag but I feel the board are not going to be pressured by the rant by fans on and the media and they'll make sure they support the coach and help him succeed just as they've done so far. Talking about the FA Cup, it's understandable if the fans behave that way, the FA Cup is an important trophy in England and moreover they didn't win the against any team but the current best in EPL also fans would want to use that as a backup when there's argument against rival fans. Also remember that the FA Cup automatically made Manchester United to automatically qualify for the Europa despite finishing in 8th position so their are many reasons for them not being shameful concerning end with 8th position.

England squad: Cole Palmer returns to Chelsea as Phil Foden and Ollie Watkins also withdraw

Cole Palmer, Ollie Watkins and Phil Foden have withdrawn from the England squad for the upcoming Nations League fixtures.

If Manchester United get school in their next match against Southampton, then I will be force my head to believe that Ten Hag will be hang very soon and they will be eager to get a replacement very fast most especially from the minor group that has been looking for his replacement for long time. I had no option than to laugh out after reading your post. In fact, whatever you have to say Manchester United deserves it. Although in football everything is possible. But I do not see the possibility of Southampton dominating Manchester United in their next meeting. Manchester United team is not that bad, if not for the kind of obvious mistakes made by casemiro, Liverpool wouldn't have beaten Manchester united shamefully. By successfully winning the FA Cup, Manchester United automatically got a ticket to the Europa League, even though at the end of the season they finished in 8th position in the standings. I knew any little mistake from arsenal can deprive them from winning the game because Brighton have been a tough team since the season began. I'm not really surprised that arsenal failed to win the game but the outcome of the games to me it tells it may be very difficult for arsenal to win the title this season again. Arsenal really needs to be careful with their games because mistakes can make them to end the season just the same way they did in last season.  I must say the performance of Brighton was good, if Brighton continues with such a nice performance they will end up with a good position this season.

However, in this match Arsenal were less clinical in terms of finishing, Trossard was less suitable as a starter and it would be best for him to be a supersub. Even though Manchester United’s performance is not consistent, the two teams they lost their games with are normally teams that look very difficult to defeat for Manchester United especially Liverpool.
