Mikel Arteta is a very modest coach a top notch personality which I rate high in the English Premier League he has been able to make every player in arsenal squad a better player, making arsenal a consistent title contender since from 2019 he joined the gunners as head coach. I admire his love for this club, right now Arteta is the biggest threat to Pep Gardiola dominance of the EPL  especially with the departure of Jorgen Klopp, and  I strongly share in the believe that  before 2027 Arteta might manage to win the EPL trophy for Arsenal should they keep on with this their performance of the immediate past two seasons.

Guardiola is Manchester City made a lot of improvements and they have a much better team compared to the last season.

With Guardiola, Manchester City began an era with solid idea on their philosophy from this coach and their transfer strategy changed entirely to support the coach too. Guardiola does not stop to upgrade himself but generally his favorite playing style does not change too much. There are improvements and Manchester City are different than Barcelona with tiki-taka 10 years ago but results are they dominated Premier League and won a first Champions League in their club history.

I think one reason for Arsenal to lose the title to Mcnshter City is Guardiola in this team otherwise they have much better players and good teamwork but that's not enough for a race with a coach like Guardiola because compared to Arteta, Guardiola is much more experienced and when Arteta was assistant coach he was working for Guardiola in Manchester City.

Arsenal and Arteta still have weakness but in last two seasons, especially the last season, they came very nearly to a final win against Manchester City. They failed eventually in a very tight race but I believe they don't give up and are preparing for a better ending this season.

The direct competition between Arteta and Guardiola is very interesting as Arteta learned a lot of things from Guardiola as an assistant coach in Manchester City years ago.

This cannot be compared because both are like teachers and students, Arteta learned a lot from Pep Guardiola so of course right now Arteta cannot be as great as Pep Guardiola in all aspects especially in terms of experience.
But regarding winning the PL I think Aretat is on the right track, he has gone through progress in a fairly positive direction in the last few seasons so it is not impossible if he is able to maintain that consistency then one day he can beat Pep Guardiola.

After Mikel Arteta became the coach of Arsenal, we have not seen a good performance from Arsenal for 2/3 seasons. This team could not even qualify for the Champions League.
