While Messi's performance was truly impressive, I wonder how the Argentinian team will play against stronger opponents. It is easy to play brilliant if your opponent lets you do it. The odds payout for Denmark to win the game in full time against Austria is @2.50, I think the odds payout is pretty attractive for Denmark as Austria are looking to be the weakest team in this group. Expectations and reality are two completely different things, and given how Croatia looked against Austria and that France is an unsolvable enigma for Croatia, I do not see that France can lose today. Croatia has a chronic problem in attack because it relies on Kramaric, who rarely scores goals in the national team. With a defense that leaks in all directions, without Perisic who is probably the best player Croatia has at the moment, and if Luka Modric is not 100% only very bad France can save Croatia from another defeat.

I know the match will be difficult to predict even though they will improve from yesterday's defeat but their opponents are tough challengers also from Croatia and France.
In terms of odds Croatia is certainly superior with @3.85 and France @2.05 but I'm not sure this match will be a draw so I didn't choose that bet, obviously in this option France are favored by many bettors but this time it's clear France can dominate their win after lost yesterday.

Many big nationd lost this week on the nations league competition i was not surprised that france lost against denmark since they have been on fire recently especially in the world cup qualifications but england loss yesterday was the most shocking one for me, before this game england was unbeatable for the last 9 games  and they only lost one game in their last twenties and it was by penalties against italy in the euro final i think southgate is england problem he is a really bad tactician and he don't choose the right players i think if england wants to do something in the world cup they need a new manager.

why weren't they tired in the last matches of the league ? they were playing just fine and winning champions league and la liga and the premiere league but suddenly in a new tournament they're tired and their performance is terrible, i think they're not taking it seriously nad they just want to get it over with, i lost betting on france and spain today, i think i should stay away from betting on these friendly matches.

Many of those big countries who are participating in the Nation Cup are losing their matches because of their tired and fatigued players, France has Mbappe, Benzema etc playing Laliga and UCL matches respectively same with English and Spanish players too, personally I think their wasn't enough rest for these players after the end of the League, whereas most of the countries who won their matches would have rested their players and many of their players played not too many league matches compared to star players paraded by the so called big countries, with the exception of portugal who convincingly won their match against Switzerland.

The best player by far. Because apart from being a playmaker, a scorer, he performs excellent defensively. He adapts to any system and an exceptional thing: it is running more than two years ago, honestly an incredible out of series. Messi will give everything in this World Cup, his highest level, since it will probably be his last World Cup and more than ever he wants to win it, I think that these years he took great care of himself just for this championship.

For Croatia vs France match, I don't think Croatia will win, don't underestimate France since Croatia has just lost and both need to win.

Yes, Portugal pleasantly surprises with its solid game. As for the World Cup, I would not look so far - a lot will depend on who gets who in which round of the playoffs. You can play well and be strong but lose in the 1/8 to an equally strong team.

I am not sure if I should wager on this or not. I did it on the first night, and lost almost all games. How are you guys deciding which teams will win? Based on the odds alone? Because, I am the proof that odds do not work, lost plenty of games where the favorites lost, and probably will happen again. Nation's league is unlike any other international game that I played before and I am guessing that it will probably go on like that for a long time.

I have to say the best thing to do right now would be to keep on staying away from it, at least for me. But, if I see a game that I would love to watch on tv, then I may reconsider my stance on betting on this.

It is difficult for the players to play football constantly and to start the nations league directly after their league is over. The Italy - Germany match is the result of this. The players are reluctant. Most football players are used to taking a vacation after the league and they want it. The body is getting tired. They seem to be at a low level psychologically as well. It was really bad that the nations league started a week after the leagues ended. There are players who have had very long and difficult seasons. Men should have at least some rest, both physically and mentally. When this is the case, they can't give themselves to the game anyway, they play very reluctantly.

Favorite Turkey in the 1st group of League C, where there are very weak teams, will play against Lithuania in the international league match tomorrow. Lithuania faced Luxembourg in their first match and lost 2-0. Turkey defeated the Faroe Islands 4-0. My favorite will be Turkey.
