Although France has a lot of star players in the squad, their team gameplay is very weak.

There have been many surprising results in the UEFA Nations League so far. I assume that the biggest teams don't care about this tournament too much. I don't see many of them caring about this tournament as much as the World Cup or the EURO. There is a nice match today which has just started by the way. It is between Croatia and France. Well, actually, the purpose of this tournament was quite good, which seemed to be to give at least some importance to those friendly matches that were held before. Another question is that I myself have certain questions about the timing of this tournament, when the players are expecting an overstretched season with the World Cup in an unusual period and indeed the best players in the world would be better now to rest once again and spend extra time with their family than to spoil their health in the UEFA Nations League now. However, UEFA also wants to have its piece of the pie this season, as does FIFA

Croatia was a bit lucky with their late penalty to equalize. France still has some problems, but I am pretty sure they will beat Austria in the next game Friday.

I am looking forward to Italy vs Hungary (1.5/4.0/7.3) and Germany vs England (2.3/3.3/3.3) tonight. Hungary is a difficult opponent. They bet England and they won't make it easy for Italy either. A bet on "Italy doesn't win" is tempting. In the other game I don't think Germany will beat England. But the payout is not super high for that (1.6), but maybe worth a shot?

@3meek the almighty France team is suddenly not looking strong to me, and I’m not surprised because many favourite teams are struggling but I was hoping that France would perform better. Also Croatia is a team I really admire, because they never give up hence this draw was a nice result for them, but the France player’s need to ask the hard questions as to why they’re struggling on the pitch.

Yeah that's a little weird for me and also, in this group 1 at least at the beginning France and Croatia are the favourites. But after two matches played, it turns out that these two teams have actually become teams that are ranked at the bottom but indeed, Denmark and Austria cannot be underestimated at all but at least with this result it makes every match difficult to predict. Who would have thought when betting before the lineup was released we would know the key players would be the substitutes, therefore I believe betting on this National League moment will not be easy unless they live betting maybe it will be different.

The meeting of the two teams in the last few matches was very balanced and it is very possible that in this match the same thing will happen and to be able to score goals for both teams in this match is very realistic.
England and Germany have yet to get a win in their inaugural match and it is very possible that both teams will play very insistently in this match to want to win.

This match was in a way a match between the second team of France and the second team of Croatia because both teams lacked a lot of great players.
Croatia is currently in a crisis of games and results, and France also started badly in these qualifiers, so it was important for both teams not to lose this match.
From that point of view, both national teams have achieved their basic goal, but both teams can regret the missed opportunity to win.
Croatia has traditionally always had problems when it plays against France and they have never beaten them in history.

England I think took it easy against Hungary as they thought we are the finalist of the last Euro cup,we surely can beat a team like Hungary and that costed them the game.Tonight will be quite different though as they are playing against a much stronger team than Hungary and the team mobility will be much higher than it was with Hungary.Nevertheless though England is going to lose tonight as Germany is playing well and judging from the performances of the teams last match it is a clear indication that Germany should win tonight.

Some people call it a glorified friendly but I see some level of competitiveness in it...it's been a fun having the nations League back...interesting games were played and we saw how the likes of France and England were exposed to weaker teams,, at the end a trophy is given which quality's it as a competition,,the positive thing teams and coaches will take from this nations League apart from the trophy is the experimenting of their various plans and integrating new players into the team,, handing them debute so as to keep them match fit for the major tournaments like the world cup etc,, France ,, England and Belgium are teams that lost and will go back and look at what went wrong in order to gain momentum towards the world cup .

The problem with most of this nation is that they have alot of quality players but they are lacking the perfect positioning. A nation like England have alot of quality players that can win them alot of trophy, but I think they are lacking the perfect positioning, and they are confused on how to use them cause they don't have a standard first eleven team. You see them changing players in different matches. So I think if nation's like England, Belgium France Germany and Brazil can make use of their players perfectly, they stand a chance of winning alot of trophies.

Honestly it is a very big problem for the English team. They have more than two players in every positions. Southgate has a hell of a work to do selecting his first eleven. Southgate is in a rare position for an England manager ahead of a World Cup. More often than not, they have been trying to change a mood and reverse a backward momentum following a disappointing Euros. There are areas needing addressing if a tilt at the World Cup in November can be considered genuine. Firstly, they'll to set on a formation that allows for both defensive stability and an attacking threat. because that has been a very serious issue with Southgate's team.

After the first round, England are in a clearly losing position, so they will be forced to play number one here and try to win the game. It is obvious that this option does not suit Germany, so there is hope that it will be a really interesting game and not, like most other games, in the training mode.
