Doesn't look like that $VIX thing happened, but things sure are bizarre out there.   Lips sealed
Great opportunity to load up on REAL assets like AU, AG, and of course $UNO!  Grin

So you think AU is real asset? .... Aurumcoin is a UNOBTANIUM replica. What is the difference....they just copy Unobtanium ..except 1% premine and 300 thousands coins?

And I bet that you stay. Experienced coiners encounter Unobtanium; check its stats; realise how serious its community is; and simply stay.

Sha256d hash is really cheap.  Antminer S3's, .45Ths for around $190, posted.

...and welcome, @ashane!

There were some big trades this week on Bittrex and Bleutrade. It's nice to see our quieter markets involved in trades like this.
If you post a sizeable buy order on xyz exchange, it's clear now that the sellers will come to you.
I try to keep an eye out of large buy orders across the markets but if you see one that's escaped my attention, feel free to call it out.

My understanding of trading is still kindergarten-ish, FK; but by following the conversation here (ans asking Ian), I am beginning to understand a lot more.

The next halving will be really interesting.

Yup, if you have the asset that backs your coin (and can afford to store the asset at low cost), you have no problem.

(That's why gold was successful as a currency-backer. When I was a kid, we all knew what 'Fort Knox' was.)

Look up 'Ghawar' and 'Burgan' and 'Cantarell.' If we can buy one of those, we'll be in business!

This is The Garden of The Unobtanium Club. That's our mascot, Uno the Emu Chick, sitting with his dad, Eric.

@IMZ, I love the pix of Uno Emu. It's a fun part of our culture to have these odd mascots: emus, turtles, small annoying dictators....

I've just returned after a short job through the BCT netherworld.
It's like a Dante's tour through hell, in many respects.
I do this from time to time to try and learn who is alive, who is dying, who is temporarily on top, and who has a shot at a come back..

I won't name specific coins, but it sure is good to be back here in our UnoVerse.

2014 was an amazing year for Unobtanium, wasn't it? We stared death in the eyes and said, "no thanks." UNO survived a lot of challenges this past year. A lot. Unobtanium withstood problems that have killed a thousand other cryptocurrencies.   And we also did a lot of community building.  2014 brought some amazing people to our community.

Now as UNO entering it's 15th month spanning into it's 3rd year (2013/2014/2015) I am very optimistic about the road ahead.

Whatever it is you celebrate this time of the year, be sure to celebrate it with zest!  My sincere holiday wishes to you all.

Don't be frightened by our 194 UNO sell order at 0.0063 - Bleutrade Smiley
We are aware of the fact that we're selling at a lower level to help market grow. CoinPayments' calculation is at around 0.0065 right now.
By that, you can understand why our screen prices (in USD) is a bit higher, sometimes.

We wish you Merry Christmas.

So hypothetical if someone buy one kilogram gold with Unobtanium and coaex exit that Unobtanium right away almost immediately??? What effect is that to the market!?. Is it the dump effect?? I thing it is. Is it possible the long periodicly  uno dumps and exits is because of this?

Why I need to buy gold and silver with Unobtanium if I seen this Unos is dumpet later?? Why I not buy gold with inflation  fiat money ? Why to say goodbye to something super low inflated as Unobtanium?
Yeah is good that Unobtanium is back by gold and silver but if the coaex or any other exchenges only want to exit uno for fiat money fast and not hold at least for some time i see negative wrong effect on the price!

I don't know guys. Maybe i am wrong, but there is  something I don't like ..... Just my opinion.
